hazl - "This company have had what.... a year?"

No Bidstack Ltd was incorporated by JD in October 2015.

So four years they've been faffing around. When they listed in September 2018 a number of contracts like the one with Sport Interactive were already in place.

The listing has given them the opportunity to expand and to sit down and talk with AAA players. The staff has increased from 17 to 31 the amount of directors has increased from three to six but operationally nothing has essentially changed. They are still looking to break into the highly lucrative digital gaming advertising industry.

Results to 30/06/2019 shows they are no closer despite the increase in size.

It takes a while to build a business.
It takes money, investment, employees with different strengths.

This company have had what.... a year?

That would be too soon and too harsh to judge any company but Bidstack has interest from some top quality people who have become advisors.
I expect they are encouraging them to pay the long game.

I for one am going to see how it plays out.
The risk/reward is just so interesting, for me anyway, at what 10.5 p?

Buy low sell high hopefully.

Let’s just appreciate what we’ve got on our hands (and what people are betting against) and relax.

Adidas (a really nice one), Gatorade amongst others filmed live now on the following twitch channel for those interested:

A reminder .

One of the last announcements....

'The trade agreement will assist brands to embrace the full potential of Bidstack's disruptive technology making Bidstack's sophisticated digital end-to-end in-game advertising platform available to the digital marketing services group's advertising clients.

This agreement is the result of several months' work by Bidstack and is a hugely positive development providing the Company with access to significant advertising revenues from top tier global brands which will help fuel its future expansion. It also represents a significant shift in approach from a major advertiser looking to engage with an affluent, diverse and growing gaming and esports audience on a larger scale.

The Board believes this agreement will give Bidstack's stakeholders increased confidence in the value of Bidstack's potential and will provide a persuasive rationale for some of the world's biggest games developers and publishers, with whom the Company is currently negotiating, to accelerate their adoption of its technology.'

Indeed. News is what we are looking forward to and there were some hints in the piece I posted.
'providing the Company with access to significant advertising revenues from top tier global brands which will help fuel its future expansion.'

It sounds positive .

Some real nonsense here.

Would you employ someone after just meeting them, because he seems OK ? That method of recruiting disappeared in the 80's, although of course its not your money if the hire turns out sour.

So its even more bizarre to meet someone where you've actually invested your own money and make a similar judgement.

I've seen that so many times. "Met so and so at a roadshow and they seemed really switched on and credible".

Good luck with that one.

"Unfortunately that is par the course."

While we both know this it doesn't mean we should stay quiet and accept it. I'd actually like BIDS price up to reload some more shorts but I'm not going to stop calling them out as liars.

The flaw in your logic Aiden is that if they did hit £6m where would the valuation be then?

And if they subsequently announced the £10m?

Let’s say back to £80m for arguments sake.

JD would be worth £13m and not £4m.. so how much are they paying him off?

@money it was smart he and the CTO are £400k better off each.

You can waffle all you want about maybe all the revenue arriving in the last week of the year but I think only a total fool would believe that. In any case "the whole truth" would have been "we've not done any real revenue yet but we hope for a lot very soon" that's very different from what he said.

Keep making excuses for him at your peril.

PWhite I agree Draper like Ricketts is a promoter. It's what they do well. I have a problem with this as I think a lot of ppl get sucked in and lose money which shouldn't be allowed.
