Not much evidence that the IP is worth much PWhite. They've not spent much on it and I suspect they've spent a lot more on silly trips to California and trying to snuggle up to bigger names to give the impression to shareholders they have something valuable.

I suspect the larger players here could replicated what they have put together for a few hundred K and would make a better job.

The CTO obvioulsy doesn't rate it too highly as he sold £400K of his shares.

Probably more importantly the accounts to June 2019 show intangible assests of just £39K. If a lot of money had been spent on developing software this would show up as intangible assets. The company would capitalise the money spent developing the product on the balance sheet. It hasn't.

There is no such crime as 'short and distort'. There is only the deliberate spreading of false information which is a crime in many aspects of life not just financial services. Scream 'Fire' in a crowded cinema when there is none or make a false bomb threat when there is none and see what happens to you.
