05/1/2020 09:40 | PWhite, SK I agree most will stay entrenched until the end just as they did on CTAG, DEB, TCG, UKOG, FRR, AFPO to name just a few. However the odd post here and there to remind the more open minded and sane people out there to stay clear is the decent thing to do. There is a lot wrong with BIDS but you don't really need to look too far to see large director sells into a false market created by the CEO promoting the shares shamlessly on VOX and other channels before being foreced to admit his business model was completely broken. Why anyone would stay invested after that news is beyond me but each to their own I suppose. | ![]() loglorry1

05/1/2020 02:58 | Short & distort Short & distort (S&D) is a type of illegal short selling when a trader will short a stock and then deliberately attempt to smear the target company in the hopes that other investors will sell their shares en masse, allowing the trader to make a profit on the short position. Perpetrators can be charged with securities fraud and subject to fines and jail time. | wolfofwolvesstreet
05/1/2020 00:13 | Happy New Year everyone.Thought I would come out of my dormant state to say.......Good Post, Roley! Thanks for sharing the Atlantic Capital link, Girdz.. Cheers John, here is a link to the Codemasters piece:-https://www.t | stevoc1964
04/1/2020 23:40 | Dunno if it's already been mentioned, as we seem to have more posts here on a weekend, than any other stock has During trading hours. But I noticed a piece in the financial section of today's Mail (p108) has Codemasters as their Punt of the Week. "Award winning video game developer that specialises in racing games". 04/1/2020 23:32 | Gen, I think you were almost right with your scenario post about agencies but think bids would be a little more demanding now when some one comes asking for a deal...rather than just saying ok. Also I agree that up to 10m is a legal caveat that is about giving bids the opportunity to renegotiate and get a better rate between 10 and 30m | ![]() global nomad

04/1/2020 21:13 | And I don’t mean to school a guru but it’s not the share price that’s of interest to an investor. 20p might have been driven by splits? I’m guessing not given you usually know the ins and outs of an AIM failure. What matters guys, given we have a rookie on the board, IS the market cap compared to the market cap when you originally invested along with your ownership % of the business. Usually you want both parts of the equation to go up but, on AIM, the market cap can fluctuate wildly and the % owned usually reduces through dilution until profitability is reached. | ![]() moneygenxyz
04/1/2020 20:44 | Oh, PWHITE bet you bashed that one till the cows came home then! Did you facilitate the acquisition as Aiden would ask? I was referring to Taptica. 120% gain on that one. Why did I sell? Because I personally found out that the CEO had a charge against him for fraud through my often extreme research. I let that BB know in one helpful post and left never to comment again. You should try it. People accept it or they don’t. I guess if I was short I may have been incentivized to stick around... but it is anti-growth and not an honest way to make money. Not found a bean against Bidstack. Hence why I’m still here. Not sure why you are though. | ![]() moneygenxyz
04/1/2020 20:39 | Haha interesting to see your fascination with short term drivers for the share price. Bricking it and oops!..unable to conceal the fact! | throwingmuses
04/1/2020 20:26 | money - "It’s where I learnt the ins and outs of this business model.... very profitable." Oh really. Blinkx shares listed 64p reached a high of 234p before crashing out of the market at 20p. As a shareholder its not the market cap that's of interest to you its the share price. Gridz Thanks for the link. I was looking for a publication date. If the publication date was in late December 2019 or even last week then it is immaterial for the price crashed further on Friday 03 Jan 2020. | ![]() pwhite73 |
