Roley, could you stop laying out cold hard facts - it makes it hard for the de-rampers to beat us with their blunt instruments!

They've lost the revenue argument with the latest £10M trading agreement - let them have something!!

Naysayers, if you want to pretend the directors are selling you do so - we, the mug PIs, will continue to act shocked and keep selling our shares out of fear of your false-truths.

and Aiden,

For Stifel you can chat to Fred Walsh on 0207 710 7600...

I am sure Fred would welcome your call.

Aiden, by the 'broker' I guess you mean the companies appointed broker being Stifel.

If you wish to clarify whether Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited would do anything dishonest, please feel free to contact them as follows:-

Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited
150 Cheapside
London
EC2V 6ET

I am sure they would be happy to respond and confirm their position and stance.

What the fan boys don't appreciate niggle is that this a long established method of transferring wealth from those in the know to mug punters. They will learn.

Looking at Bloomberg, there is two interesting changes of Shareholding in the last month.

James Draper acquired 72,500 shares.... as at the last file date of 16th December 2019.

Simon Mitchell (founding CCO)added 200,000 shares suggests Bloomberg.

But what if the broker is holding stock in multiple client accounts all well below 3%?.I know that would be very dishonest but I'm sure its possible

What are you worried about Pwhite? The worthless (in your opinion) paper being converted to paper of worth and therefore justifying the valuation?

For clarity PWhite, it is totally acceptable for any company or individual to buy Bidstack shares.

The disclosure rules kick in should any individual holder accumulate 3% of the company or greater, and thus needs to report that holding.

Should a holder then further accumulate shares they only need to report each percentage increase or decrease in said holding.

Market Makers only have to disclose a holding should they hold 10% or greater.

Trading Books (proprietary books) only have to disclose a holding should they hold 5% or greater.

Looking at Bloomberg this morning, it can be seen that NO DISCLOSURES have been made of any fresh holdings of 3% or above, so to date there is no accumulation noted.

Your third paragraph is correct. How I've described the method of placing shares is also correct. Looking at the trades and from personal experience I am 100% convinced they are currently placing new stock. .

Are they forward selling on the sly before announcing a placing?
aidenabettin
03/1/2020
12:28
Nobody can be accumulating stock on the sly or otherwise to buyout the company. If anybody is interested in buying BIDS they have to notify the regulators. Then all purchases and sales are recorded on Disclosure Form 8.

False and untrue information?.Any placing has to follow strict FCA regulations .I see what you mean

PWhite, do you work in broking or investment banking?

I ask as you seem to have no idea how a fund raise is handled?

Any placing/introduction or Rights Issue would be discussed and agreed between company and Broker (Stifel) and the Broker would manage the raise...

There is no 'tranche of placing stock released'... that is a fabrication, and any such 'raise' has to follow strict FCA guidelines.

I am concerned that you are concocting a story that you hope sounds 'feasible' whilst in fact you are spreading false and untrue information...

It was actually +3% up earlier.Nobody is falling for it.Every dirty trick in the book being used to accommodate accumulation

PIs buy into the fall thinking they've got a bargain. The price recovers then the next tranche of placing stock is released. This downward spiral continues until or if the required funds are raised.

"I think that things are starting to turn round"

It's trading in a downward channel and is 10% down just today lol. A few mug punters being sucked in but if anything, yes, it's turning round - down.

Andy they have done some tests that involved the technology to test viewers gaze.
Apparently they turned out quite positively.
The only company that I have seen respond to it individually and for us to see on Twitter was Random House from memory.
Haven't time to pull them out now but look back if you are genuinely interested.

If they translate into sales I imagine is too early to say.
The present form is ridiculous though on the web.
Long after youve purchased something you are still getting adverts for it which could be tiresome .
Firefox is quite good though.

The bearish argument has always been right. It is the share price that has recently aligned itself to the bearish argument not the other way round as you suggest.

Just for balance, the bearish argument has been more right than wrong recently, however, I think that things are starting to turn round. I expect we will have a lot more clarity in the next 3 months.
