Very near to surface with all the good news to come.Family averaged down as well.Bit irritable this afternoon as went out to shops only to comeback to find mum had tried to leave the property and fell. Now in ICU.#neveradullmoment

It's why I'm constantly attacked and blocked from bb's.I know the score and so does the board of BIDS.All will be revealed .Anyway I'm back in BIG time at a good price

Absolutely no mistake management but 100% manipulation to lower the shareprice to allow maximum dilution of JD's holding.Both JD and FP were complicit in this action by selling shares at the same time saying revenues had gone from millions to nothing when a deal had been done to transfer control of BIDS

The revenues will be second half weighted. In the unlikely event that they are not then I am assured that they will be third half weighted. The company has yet to let us down on sales projections. So that's something.

and lucky day trading investors took stock and good luck to them selling out and making an average of 10% plus.
without them, the placing would not have been oversubscribed and the placing would have failed as 4p was the lowest price point.
and i agree, rid the market of the short term investors and the price should rise.
BUT word of warning. I would expect Tuesday more selling as many brokers have not allowed trading of placing shares until they settle which I was advised is the 11th June.

This will be back to 6p+ by this time next week imo. Traded today over 25% of total shares in issue after dilution .

If it wasn't for the constant bashing of a small uk start up by share price it would be around 10p. If JD had delivered the 6m like he was confident of it'd closer to 50p imo

Well why didn't they do it at Xmas when the shareprice was a lot higher, and reduce the dilution you have just suffered?


Everyone that could read the accounts knew how much cash they had left and the burn rate, so by delaying the city, and the investors, knew the position they were in, and they painted themselves into a corner, with the result of a 4p placing.


I think this has been mismanaged, and the buck stops at the top.....

Yes I am aware of that and so were the placees !! As the half year is coming to an end I would have thought that the company had a very good idea about the likely sales up to June 30 which may just surprise on the upside (for the first time) !!!!!
