a subscription for up to GBP200,000 for up to 5,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company (the 'Subscription Shares') at the Placing Price by certain Directors of the Company and others (the 'Subscription')..Cant be JD and FP imo.So it looks like Andrew House(other) and possibly Derek Wise. Plenty 'others' who I have no doubt will be will to take part.We ain't going to see any flipping imo

The placing has been arranged for more than 6 months but couldn't happen until after the AGM.Could we see a little acquisition?

Bad news guys.I've got funds ready for the morning.Let's hope we see a 25% drop on open.To be honest it(placing)actually feels like a bit of an anti-cllimax as we have waited so long. Needed the AGM.It's all good news from now on imo
