Well t0pgrader 4p spot on, the trouble is I don't think us small folk will be able to top up at 4p this morning. Lauders why should JD buy more when he already has a substantial holding. Anyway for me this is the restart of the journey. GLA once again

JD did not subscribe for any, his selling has catapulted this share into the disaster it now faces and as a result private investors have been sold down the river. The fact that revenues are not coming in, can only mean one thing. JD has to go....who agrees

20% of BIDS for approx $3M @ 4p.Andrew House would need to spend approx $300k(same money as JD & FP got for selling) to get 3%

A placing was NOT the news I was suggesting. BIDS seem to be a company that you can place little trust in at the moment. When they do actually talk it is all great, but when the news comes it doesn't seem to always follow. Good bit of extra buying from JD (not!) I see to top-up at these low prices (he must think so surely?) and a pretty pathetic 1st buy from the guru Derek Wise that everyone was praising when he joined. Would have hoped for a more substantial commitment than shown by 250,000 shares. Sure there are a few with more than that reading this. Thankfully I am nowhere near that figure and don't intend to be near it given BIDS' track record so far.

It's about diluting JD and transferring control at mates rates. It had to be done one way or another..Posters surprised at JD and FP not participating in the placing.#accumulate.Will I get in this morning without NT?

I would rather see it priced appropriately than see it given away! Let the brokers earn their fees and work to sell the stock- 20% discount would have still seen this stock sold in its entirety.

How’s your purp short coming on ? last few weeks I’ve made 60% following the opposite of your advice and closed out today.

-------

Luke,

I called the 4p placing price spot on and yet you can't bring yourself to give credit for a good call.

I'm not short PURP, sorry to disappoint you but why did you think that? Or did you just hope I was?

I never give investment advice, I'm not qualified to do so. What I do do is express an honest opinion, people here are all grown ups (in theory at least) and capable of making their own investment decisions.

ADVFN is littered with people that claim big wins retrospectively after losing on a stock, funny you didn't mention you were long PURP when you took the position....Anyway it will compensate for the BIDS fall I guess.

4p is a 68% discount to the last placing just over a year ago. A massive downround.
Its also an 80% discount from when the CEO and his mate cashed in shares and a 90% discount from the all time high.

I note the directors are subscribing for significantly less than the the sum they cashed in at 20p a share. Im sure the next round of option incentives is just around the corner - yet more dilution for the bidliebers.

The opportunity cost of being long and wrong here over the past 12 months whilst gaming companies make all time highs has been huge.

The last fundraise was to buy Pubguard and this placing is to change who has control of BIDS. Hopefully clearer after TR-1's
