I guess they’re gearing up for a fund raise.

Must be struggling with a CEO who, on the first sight of an opportunity, sells his shares at 20p only to see them collapse.

Sells are frequently reported as buys and vice versa. Those numbers in the trades section are guesses, basically.

Unless you are pulling data from level 2 directly, you have little chance of working out actual buys & sells.
