The placing was 4p and dilution was 28% from previous day before placing.Did we hit -28% ?.All trades 10%-15% above placing.That's not normal

Your obviously not balanced and heavily weighted to the negative .You been told to hold it back until wed at all costs until wed.Massive buying in the open market above placing is not normal and friendly MM's are holding it back

The purpose of the placing is to reduce the voting power of JD and FP. BIDS have substantial revenues being witheld and new owners are ready to step in. JD and FP were NEVER going to take part in the fundraising. BIDS are being set up as the MAIN player for a new ad category but JD and FPs holdings were an obstruction to progress. No point arguing that it's anything different..Mum no improvement and hospitals main concern is that I sign the do not resuscitate forms. 'She is 94 after all and has had a long life' they said

Options aren't given with placings, but warrants are sometimes, but they're not that usual in the UK.
