Bidstack (BIDS) a company that is on the brink of insolvency with almost no cash has today issued an AGM statement that is so thoroughly deceptive in failing to explain the crisis the company faces that its Nomad Mark "the poltroon" Brady at SPARK should be censored for signing off on it...

what could "non-trading cash receipts" actually mean.
what are the alternatives?
an equity issuance has been discussed?
a convertible loan could raise cash with conversion terms higher than current share price as loan pays interest and delivers time?
prepayment deal could also raise its head with a strategic dsp?
options, options

TW's conclusion on the AGM statement: What Bidstack fails to say is the critical matter here and that is that it is “deeply discounted placing ahoy!”

Bids clearly require funds for growth plans. The recent broker note clearly outlines the market and potential for the company. Who's to say funding wont come from a strategic partner buying into BIDS as opposed to a share placing ?? If I was JD that's what I would be pursuing particularly if said strategic investment would drive exposure / deliverability and speed to market. This is after all a race to be mkt leader in new space.

Once they have organised the "non-trading cash receipts" then there will be no stopping them. They have ALREADY "secured increasing demand side interest" and are waiting for that interest to turn into orders, then sales and thereafter, cash.

"Discussions are ongoing with many more leading games developers and publishers." News cannot be that far away that those discussions have concluded.

"The Company remains confident that it is making material progress in its approach to building a strong foundation on which to grow and create value for shareholders." Gone are the days of "weak foundations" for the company - that should hopefully silence the critics.

Bidlieve!

Grid

Ah, but Countdracuula has the inside track. We all know that. He's the only reason I am holding.

I don't need to call people names to get my point across Grid.

For me JD was spot on with the revenue predictions but unfortunately control was taken out of his hands and like so many AIM CEO's he takes all the flak when the establishment have agreed a deal for BIDS.As lenigas says ' Its very complicated' and made worse by JD holding 16% of issued stock. This is going to go ballistic with or without JD & FP

The only thing holding Bids back is Drapers over promising in the past(ans that is being kind). This is very good news, but most now think "show me the money", and i get that.

Is that JDs bald head exploding? It wouldn’t take too much to be honest. Talking coherently is challenging enough.

Luke,

Please show me where that was "copied and pasted from", and I'll make a decent donation to a charity of your choice.

Just take a look at Condor Gold, AIM:CNR, and in particular the chart for the last month, and the placing price today.

Please let me know your thoughts....
