A w-8ben is not required. I think you will find your Broker is getting confused that the shares are in GDR form and they are administered by the Bank of New York NY but they are not subject to US tax.

Well nothing really new in the Q3 results - EPS 2.22 and 6.48 for the first 3 quarters (more than the whole of 2018). I'd like to have seen a little more of their positive news in the report... instead of saying what we already know about Q4.. Company will still see growth vs last year. Even if earnings were flat in Q4 (which they won't be, if they expect year on year growth), and they apply the 30% profits rule to the dividend payment (accepting that could get waived?), we'd still be looking at at c4.5% dividend yield for 2019/20 (by my calculations).. it's a funny old share this one.

The Chinese are now screwing everyone on price. Cost of some API's are up around 100% with an across the board average of around 20% according to an Indian report. Now that most pharma companies and generics have run down their stocks margins are being squeezed.

Shame as things were going so well. At least they have started to pay down some of that crazily expensive debt...

We should receive the Q3 results tomorrow morning, and quite a lot to report. Hopefully see an EPS around 2.2 for the quarter. They may also mention the randomised controlled study with ivermectin they've just sponsored + the licensing deal they did with Searle for Remdesivir..

The bragging rights here could be worth much more than Bemsivir will.
Being the World's First means we've beaten Mylan, and the Indian generic drug giants, to successfully formulate, and format, what is a very difficult drug to make.
Hopefully we get International coverage and publicity, as something like this could put us on the "Global generic manufacturer go-to" list, and more than 'pay' for the free drugs we are giving the Govt. hospitals.
