30/10/2020 00:15 | I can't really see the point of the "10% stock divvy" as well as the 1.5 Taka, unless it's being tried as a way around the "30% of profit as dividend to shareholders" Government requirement that was mooted as coming in. I'd prefer the cash, though I can't really complain, as my original 200k is now something like 280k because of previous "stock divvys" | outsizeclothes.com
29/10/2020 09:38 | excellent results announced today. IMHO. looking forward to full year results on 11th November. Q1 results were on 14th November last year. Also, positives regarding Gilead/remdesivir: | mfhmfh
23/10/2020 11:14 | Good spot mfhmfh. Also a lot of reports circulationg that the stage three test that was halted was the sad death of an individual, but in the placebo group | microscope
22/9/2020 22:53 | So you were/are. Apologies. | outsizeclothes.com
21/9/2020 13:17 | I think you might want to read my reply again, outsize. I was in essence agreeing with you | microscope
21/9/2020 13:06 | Microscope - we'll agree to disagree. I'd still take a fatal reaction in 1 in 100,000 to a delay that costs 100 - 1000 deaths in the same 100,000. We are 'lucky' that Covid only is killing 2% globally, and only "more vulnerable" victims. Would your attitude to "approval must not be rushed in before final trial completion" be the same if the virus was causing a 1918 Spanish Flu' type overall mortality rate of 10%+, with children under 5 and babies in the highest 15% mortality bracket, (as well as over 65s)? | outsizeclothes.com
21/9/2020 12:03 | Yes good RNS. Outsize I don't disagree. Need to kick on with trials but nonetheless the delay is a frustration. Beyond BXP's control of course, and hopefully things will move forward again quickly especially with a second wave in Europe clearly underway. | microscope
21/9/2020 10:04 | positive news today IMHO re: further FDA approval. | mfhmfh
10/9/2020 23:00 | Microscope It means the Russians and Chinese will be using their vaccines and have the World Market captured long before "The West". Vietman has already signed up for 65m doses of the Russian one - if it looks ok in a month or two. Big Pharma in "The West" would prefer that a hundred thousand people die waiting for a year for the full trials on the vaccine to complete, rather than have 1 in a hundred thousand die of a side effect by going early. This is why the Stage 3 trial on the Astra-Oxford vaccine in 30,000 people, in 4 countries - countries where tens of thousands have already died - has been halted by 1 single "so far unexplained" serious illness. And, in the meantime, not just the Covid cases will die, but tens of thousands of "non-diagnosed because of delay" cancer, heart attack and other serious disease victims. Sometimes, imho, you have to take a measured risk for the greater good. At the same time, vaccine approval delay will result in BXP selling more Covid drugs | outsizeclothes.com
08/9/2020 13:14 | Not sure this should really be news but in the current climate I guess it is! | microscope
07/9/2020 12:44 | I don't know the answer Rossannan, but the main quote is surely Dhaka, so I would expect that to be the driver. I'm going to watch for news of AZ's trials in Oxford and elsewhere, because naturally I think that news will emerge from them before we hear it from Beximco | microscope
03/9/2020 13:56 | Wonder if there's a big buy order as mms seem to be soaking up sellers - touchwood! | microscope |
