So we are back to a 40% discount in London.

Great results indeed, gives a lot of confidence in potential growth especially in a world in lockdown. As usual, the market has not noted the results given the extremely low volume traded today. Nice point to add a bunch

Another strong set of results. Net sales up 15%, net profit up 30%
The only possible downer is the lack of growth in export sales.
But even at current levels of half year earnings, a 30% of earnings divvy for the full year could be 3 Taka [2.5p], even counting that there will be 10% more shares in issue.
That's not counting anything for Sanofi going forward. Or vaccine.

Yes hopefully it means SII has plenty of capacity to handle the demand which means there’s more chance of BXP getting its hands on more doses to sell the to the private market. I believe the 1mm doses that have been ordered for private market should arrive in 500k batches starting Feb. BXP had ordered another 1mm or so but SII didn’t commit because of supply concerns initially

Share price should be up, not down. I daresay tomorrow will bring at least part of the rise deserved. This is a share to hold on to firmly. Price could double over the next twelve months, IMHO.

16 months since that announcement mfhmfh.
That makes me think that Sanofi were almost at a "distressed seller" level - in that attractive offers were not forthcoming.
Possibly BXP the only credible buyer.
Which could explain what appears to be very low exit profit & turnover multiples for a well established business, and emphasises that we have a bargain.

A 30% - 35% discount to Dhaka has been a permanent fixture here, and the historic norm is that the London price always goes back to that discount.
Yesterday's 194 Taka = £1.68, so I'd normally be looking for a London rise to the £1.20 region.
