Time to put money into an account for legal counsel. Action speak louder than waffling on these BBoards. The BHR directors have been given enough time to come clean.

We need to bring only Rowan Kestrel to legal account. CEO of BHR. No one else.He knows what's what and what assets are where. Not being cooperative in this case smacks of corruption.Turn the other cheek! He liked us kissing one side of his buttock. .Now the other side has to be kicked hard.

19 March 2015 from Baker Tilly..

Notice of Intention to apply to end the administration and wind-up the Company
Pursuant to Rules of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (the "IR"), Graham Bushby and I, in our capacity as joint administrators (the "Administrators") of the Company, hereby notify you, as shareholder of the Company of our intention to make an application to court pursuant to paragraph 79(2)(a) of Schedule Bl to the Insolvency Act 1986 (the "Act") for an Order that our appointment shall cease to have effect and the administration of the Company shall come to an end as at the date specified in the Order (the "Application").
We further notify you of our intention to issue a winding-up petition under section 124 of the Act on behalf of the Company in conjunction with the Application.
We are taking the above steps on the basis that we are no longer satisfied that the purpose of the administration can be achieved in relation to the Company. This is on the grounds that following the resignation of management of the Company's asset owning subsidiaries, with whom the Administrators were working in an attempt to realise these assets, it is now unlikely these assets will be realised for sufficient value to enable there to be any return of funds to the Company. Therefore, the Company has insufficient funds to allow for full repayment to secured creditors or any payments to unsecured creditors of the Company.
A final progress report will be issued to creditors once an order has made which will provide further detail on the work carried out by the Administrators and the efforts made to realise value from the Company's asset owning subsidiaries.
This letter has also been sent to creditors and the directors who have until 26 March 2015 to object, after which date we shall proceed to issue the Application.
A Shareholder Action Group is currently in discussions with the key stakeholder regarding potential re-financing of the operation in Mozambique. If you would like
Beacon Hill Resources PLC In Administration contd.
more information regarding this re-financing then please contact Andrew Sim at asim@amcl.co.
The application to Court will note be made until the re-financing options being investigated by the Shareholder Action Group have been fully explored, however any re-financing is unlikely to prevent an application from being made. If you have any queries please contact Benjamin Dymant of my office.
Yours faithfully for and on behalf of Beacon Hill Resources PLC

NEW DELHI: Coal India, the world's biggest coal miner, today said it has decided to relinquish about three-fourths of a coal mine it was allotted in Mozambique.

Coal India Africana Limitada, a fully-owned subsidiary of the state-owned firm, was allotted two leasehold licences for extraction of coal of about 224 square kilometre in Tete province of Mozambique.

The company board has approved retaining "54 sq km of leasehold licence area which will be of actual interest with coal bearing horizon occuring within a 500-metre depth and relinquish the remaining 170 sq km area out of total leasehold licence area of 224 sq km", CILBSE -1.88 % said in a regulatory filing.

The decision to relinquish was taken based on Interim Geological Report prepared by CMPDIL, Surely, They must now be one of the bidders for BHR.

Martin Wheatley, embattled chief executive of the Financial Conduct Authority, has resigned after the chancellor George Osborne refused to renew his three-year contact.

In a move that stunned the City regulator, Osborne declined to renew Wheatley’s appointment to the board of an organisation that only came into being in 2013.

In a statement, Osborne said that ‘different leadership’ was needed to move the FCA forward when Wheatley leaves in September.

‘Now that phase is complete, the government believes that different leadership is required to build on those foundations and take the organisation to the next stage of its development.

The administrators have left as theres no money left to fund their bills. The $55m assets on the last balance sheet is still present but no one has the keys to get access to them and management are not saying where they are.

'Following the resignation of management of the company's asset owning subsidiaries, with whom the Administrators were working in an attempt to realise these assets, it is now unlikely these assets will be realised for sufficient value to enable there to be any return of funds to the company.'

Return to shareholder value: 0p

BHR shares will never relist and are worthless. Another stock to add to the collection of stocks that have failed/delisted/bankrupt/fraud this year alone so far.
