27/2/2015 22:53 | Bad managers! They will also be bad at hide and seek! The provost will soon see through! | oliversanvil
27/2/2015 01:07 | Below is a post from the LSE BHGU Board, that BHR shareholders have started using to keep in contact. All shareholders who have verified their holdings with BHRSAC should now have received an invite to the meeting. If you wish to attend the meeting or receive updates from BHRSAC, but have not yet verified your holdings, please send confirmation to bhrshareholders@outl AndytheMKDon Shareholder Meeting We are now at a juncture where we need to have a shareholder meeting to get wider shareholder involvement and to consider how we fund our initiatives going forwards. We have had substantive meetings over recent weeks, with all parties, and will be able to put forward our true position as shareholders at the meeting. An e-mail will be sent out soon asking for confirmation of attendance and publishing the date and time. I will not publish it here for obvious reasons. It's now time for all disgruntled, dispossessed and disenfranchised shareholders to step forward to help carry the fight forward. We truly hope there will be strong support for the meeting. regards. Andy. ;+) | katie1234
22/2/2015 18:03 | Worse then pick pockets . Caught red handed! | oliversanvil
20/2/2015 13:39 | I agree and hope that we can forget rhetoric and move legal attack forwards. | librag
20/2/2015 08:51 | In any event, the parasitic Bods cannot suck more blood. However, they are not particularly worried as they have acquired their 30 pieces of silver.Whatever happened to " A fair days work for a fair days pay."? | oliversanvil
19/2/2015 13:34 | OA; you said "This must be disclosed as this is an illegal action not declaring the financial deal to shareholders!" If you're "fully aware BHR are unlisted they don't have to report." then your comment makes no sense. It's not illegal to fail to inform us. That was my point. | librag
18/2/2015 18:48 | Am fully aware BHR are unlisted they don't have to report. They know that archaic Regulation/ Rule . We are talking about criminal proceedings! | oliversanvil
17/2/2015 09:51 | Meeting should be advertised when and where in the next few days via the BHSAC. | redbike_lse
17/2/2015 08:50 | OA; I think you'll find that as BHR are unlisted they don't have to report. The fact that we're in administration doesn't help either. redbike; any news on SAG meeting? It's a busy week for me but with notice, I might be able to swap commitments. | librag
16/2/2015 19:04 | A fire has been lit under the share price of Beacon Hill Resources (LON:BHR) by an agreement to sub-lease its rolling stock. An unnamed party has agreed to lease all five locomotives and all 90 rail wagons owned by Beacon Hill for a minimum of 12 months. "FOR FREE"? or profit ? This must be disclosed as this is an illegal action not declaring the financial deal to shareholders! Was this the best deal between" mates" . What about the other companies that are crying out for rail transportation of their coal in Tete. The sublease should have been put out to best tender. Not in private -- ɪŋˈk& | oliversanvil
14/2/2015 14:02 | So what happens now? A full investigation? Criminal proceedings due to misleading shareholders....etc. Surely they have to make BHR director's an example to the whole aim market? | bossman1978
13/2/2015 22:37 | The bods curriculum vitae (any future employer or bussiness ideas they might have) will have the swastika sign scarred on their foreheads! ! | oliversanvil
13/2/2015 13:13 | enewman36 How do you figure that.....they read the RNS's is how they figure that. Darwin get 20,000,000,000 Existing Ordinary Shares at 0.0075 and up to 6,666,667 Warrants at 0.015 and In addition, the Investor may be granted upto 10,000,000 Anti-Dilution Warrants exercisable at par value. "The Independent Directors believe that the Share Capital Reorganisation, the Fundraising and the Conversion are all in the best interests of the Company and the Shareholders as a whole" Doesn't look that convincing as a point you are putting across based on no real credible information, if you think that for shareholders that was a good deal. You could have sold and had the option to and didn't. hxxp://www.cmal.co.u "Rowan has a consistent first class record of exceeding the objectives of business through creating and sustaining shareholder value" That's odd you think that you would have got something back as the company wasn't. Mon, 1st Dec 2014 07:50 RNS Number : 4298Y Furthermore, there can be no guarantee that, even if the Company is able to satisfy all of the abovementioned conditions precedent, the DFI will ultimately agree to provide funds on the basis currently envisaged. So at any point if the resolutions had been passed could have changed the distance of goal posts to lower the share price value again, issue more warrants or any number of other changes that would have been automatically passed due to the dilution shares. Shareholders did not write these documents, the board of directors and their associates did, if you have gripes with the share price moving from 10p to 0.02p then contact the guy that says he creates and sustains shareholder value. Doesn't look that convincing when you look at the data. Each to their own i guess. | redbike_lse
13/2/2015 11:50 | jotoha2 13 Feb'15 - 09:48 - 10070 of 10070 3 0 Clearly you enjoy being taken for a ride by dodgy Directors , they are only human and a large number of them are essentially corrupt , so this lot have had their time in the sun. How do you figure that, Dodgy directory or not I would rather get something back than nothing, quite simple really and this course of action has ensured that no-one gets anything! | enewman36

13/2/2015 09:44 | Great, so we had the option of having something albeit at a huge dilution, then the warriors interviened and now we have nothing...terriffic! | enewman36
