Here is something to occupy possible values with and you can see its tricky.
URL's are there for you to see if you can come up with a value.
Have a go and see what you can come up with, as you can see the valuations between 2012 and 2013 are way off by over 50%, keep in mind $80m has been spent so far see what value you can come up with.
Are we worth something..or are we worth nothing and we will find out why?

Mr. Mac Van Der Merwe has a very impressive CV OXFORD UNIVERSITY EDUCATED in his field and should have taken over from the stressed RK What has gone wrong with these people who
are apparently "bright upstairs" . What has gone wrong with all this intellegence and brianstorming? Mr. Mac Van Der Merwe operation rail manager. BUT! the train set have been subleased! Surely his job is now redundant until the sublease ends

The BHR BODs are damned if they resign and damned if they do not. Should the next RNS tell us that they have resigned they will still be called to account on suspected misgivings now being investigated. They are now obviously milking the company right down to the last day in office.

Talking to the press (rather than formally to shareolders) is the standard MO for the BHR BoD. That has been going on ever since the days of Justin Lewis. They are seeding their current (self-interest) agenda into the public domain. Historically, this is usually revisionist (the $1 bit for example, does rather redefine the Vitol deal). Future formal announcements will now reflect this revised picture, while any conflicting past statements are forgotten, dead and buried...

You all have a chance to comment on that article at the bottom if you feel its one sided and put your point across, there will be a right to reply response going up that challenges some of those points noted, this was confirmed by miningmx as that article is a little misleading and leaks company sensitive news to the public with no RNS being issued to shareholders.
Your company and at the moment your voice counts while you have one.
one vote or one million votes everyone's comments should be heard. ;-)

CEO: "I’m very angry. It was a small, activist lot who managed to get a no-vote.
I think they were historic shareholders who invested in the company 5 years ago"
Dismisses long-term investors as if relics of the past who didn't deserve a say.
This dud of a CEO has given himself away there as unfit to run a public company.

You can add your comments at the bottom of that piece if you feel that it is not balanced. Good to see that time is taken to give an interview and update the media before shareholders

Rowan Karstel, CEO of Beacon Hill, said in an interview this week that he intended to make an announcement in about 10 days so "shareholders have line of sight".

If i were an outsider it would seem to me that the BHR BODs have taken the 30 pieces of silver from Vale and are trying to sell the company down the river. I believe they will be baptized by a judge in The Zambeze and cleansed in the Thames! English law has a long arm.

Check your broker mails, there may be a flashing red dot tomorrow.
notifications have been issued saying consolidation is cancelled and suspension remains and a limited voting window. (Without seeing it cant say, however tow posters have confirmed the same thing so may not have reached all brokers.
Lets see whats what and remember does not matter if you hold one vote or 10m votes. They are yours so if you do have a chance to exercise them ensure use that you register them and use them.

It may be three of the four resolutions proposed or new additions with something for shareholders on the back of it, especially with the rail upgrades to be done Q1 means more sublease coins incoming to the tune of x3.
No one wants administration more so as the region is tipped for a good return.
However people do want what is fair, and that's all they are asking.

It could be an attempt to move this forward with shareholders or an attempt to split the vote, either way study the news and use your own call on how it affects you as a shareholder, you invested the cash.
Good luck everyone if it proves to be true.

Something of interest for asset values 6.5MT to 20MT as the rail is due to be finished Q1 from Beira to Moatize.
Thats a substantial uplift for any rail moving product.

Mozambique's growth is expected to remain strong and be broad-based in the medium term, boosted by the natural resource boom and infrastructure investment.

Hi cjl2112

Yes, Andy and Redbike have been absolute stars behind the scenes, we all owe them a debt of gratitude.

It doesn't matter how many/few shares are held, even it was just one, you just need to get confirmation of holdings to gain access to EGMs. Nothing further has been organised as far a meeting goes yet, we are just waiting a response from RK to correspondence and will update the boards following that.

Thanks for your support.

Great work Katie and give credit where due to Andy. I'm sure the bod are sh""ing themselves with you guys taking them on.
I have a question speaking with a friend last week I discovered he also had shares in BHR. Only a small amount around £700 bought in the good old days around the 15p region. I myself around 14k down at present and seriously thinking of joining up in London for the meeting. Would my friend also be able to place a vote having such a small amount of shares ? As I'm sure there's another hand that could be raised to support the BHR action group.
Keep up the excellent work much appreciated.
Regards
CJ.

Post by AndytheMKDon on LSE:-

Just to keep everybody up to date, on the 2nd of January and following consultations, we made the following offer to the CEO, as of yet we have not had a response. We would find it incredible if they pursue their intensions of receivership without first talking to shareholders.

Dear Mr Karstel,

Firstly let me wish you a happy new year.

Having attended recent meetings and now actively working on behalf of the BHR Action Group we would like to discuss the following items and would urge you to respond. There is no apparent reason as to why the stock is still suspended, it makes no sense, we might even get a pleasant surprise when the shares are re-listed as any increase in share price would ultimately mean less dilution going forwards.

The share register has been requested, legally you have to submit it within 5 working days of the request or obtain a court order identifying why you are not prepared too, you have done neither.

We have requested the voting numbers at the EGM, to date they have not been published.

We would like to open dialogue with the company regarding private investors taking out a rights issue to support the company’s working capital until the proposed funding is secured from the DFI. We would envisage raising substantial funds and in return to take a significant ownership of the company. We would most likely seek the appointment of an individual nominated by shareholders to join the executive board. If, as you have stated within the meeting in December, you are committed to seeing this project / company through to profitable production, we cannot see any reason as to why you would not be supportive of investor involvement for the greater good of all.

Everything appears to be “hotting”; up in the region now, given the recent substantial investments from Japanese and Indian companies, it would be a shame for this valuable asset not to return future profits to shareholders and institutional investors who have so loyally supported the company until now.

We look forward to your response and a suitable date as to when we can convene a meeting.

Yours truly,

katie23

" My suggestion would be that you seek legal advice before making any more claims or accusations on a public bulletin board and any derogatory statements should be curtailed until there has been a full investigation". --From disscussthemarket BB

The share price is derogatory and is being investigated. "Actions speak louder then words" A newly released study conducted by Congress has proven once and for all that the pen is not mightier than the sword .We will continue to focus our efforts on recovery of the company’s assets for the benefit of the shareholders,

The BHR Action Group will hopefully be arranging a meeting with the Board in the near future and we need as many private shareholders as possible to support us on the day. Please can any private shareholders who, subject to availability, are prepared to travel to London to attend, please email bhrshareholders@outlook.com and let us know, so we can get an idea of the possible number attending. Thanks

That job has largely fallen to South African mining specialist Rowan Karstel, who became chief executive in 2012, appointed by smooth-talking chairman Justin Farr-Jones.
