There was $55M net assets showing on the books at last interim report Sep 2014. These were needed to give some return of value to shareholders but unfortuntely they are lost in a tangled web of who owns what/where.

Received email from Baker Tilly confirming it cannot get access to the assets of BHR due to BHR management resigning and not telling them were the keys are. Therefore there are insufficient funds to even pay our costs.

It's 5 months since the BHR Shareholder Action group promised to make a bid for the Company on behalf of private shareholders. So far its notable for its inaction . So what has the No vote achieved ? Imminent liquidation and nothing for shareholders!..private shareholders were better to take their medicine and double down.....as commodities are now staging a comeback.....
