13/1/2015 16:47 | Keep is simple in my book. I have emailed the administrators adding the link that Andy posted regarding bhr. Their email address is mail@strandhanson.co The more that forward any info will help us against the bod. The more the merrier !!! | cjl2112
13/1/2015 15:43 | Thanks for the replies.. I'm willing to support a group financially and vote-wise, so good luck to Mr. Sim on our behalf. Katy; thanks for the link. There was nothing on the SAG website. Redbike; are you saying that we should individually report something and if so to whom? I agree with the questions and also want answers plus hopefully a return on my lost investment; £43K. Having said that, it's one thing saying you'll do something and another thing entirely doing it. Watching and waiting. | librag
13/1/2015 13:51 | "why doesn't someone do something!" bleats... The questions all shareholders need to report are in that bearcast. That would be the correct start for anyone wishing to do something. | redbike_lse
13/1/2015 13:14 | Just for you LibraG, and any other... "why doesn't someone do something!" bleats... TW also banging on about BHR again today in his bearcast... | katylied
13/1/2015 11:43 | I think some of you are missing the point. Yes, the mine is worth something and yes, so is the train allocation. THE PROBLEM IS OUR DEBT WIPES OUT THIS AND MORE. Hence administration, we have no NET assets. We could have attacked the accounts and directors anyway. I still wait for confirmation of an organised SAG to instigate proceedings. There's not much sign of it so far and the SAG site hasn't had a post since 7th Jan AFAICS. I'd love to chat with Katie, Redbike et al and simple question ... what is planned? | librag
13/1/2015 08:43 | failedQS, looks to me that the corrupt BOD are still at it. shameful practice. | humbugg
13/1/2015 08:40 | Sad end to what was a promising company at one time. Perfect example of destruction of shareholder value by an incompetent and self-serving management team. | failedqs
12/1/2015 19:43 | SEll the TRAIN SET and rail allocation probably worth far more than Vitol Loan .Pay them off--- mothball mines -- start again 18months time .Bod have deliberately subleased the train set knowing this was best option to tie up any plan to save the company.AND STITCH THE SHAREHOLDERS UP. Court action must be forthwith. Can they explain why the train set and allocation was not sold. RETRACT THE ADMINISTRATION AND AUCTION THE TRAINSET AND RAIL ALLOCATION. Or have we missed a trick here? I think not.Commodity slump excuse? RAIL TRANSPORTATION AT A PREMIUM in Mozambique. Thus we have balance here! | oliversanvil
12/1/2015 19:07 | Katie - totally agree, keep up the hard work you've all put in. Lets not let the theives get away with this. The whole thing stinks, let's hope there's no bent people working for the admin !!! If I can be of any help please keep me in mind, I'm prepared to fight the clowns all the way. Good luck. CJ. | cjl2112
12/1/2015 18:20 | cji2112 - Unless they have done some underhand dealing we still own 100% of MML, so they won't get away with that! | katie1234
12/1/2015 18:05 | OliversAnvil - Vale have subleased the trains, that came directly from a certain person in the know, so there are absolutely no doubts about it. No mention of it in the RNS though. | katie1234
12/1/2015 17:43 | IMO a bunch of crooks. Let's hope the adm does the job properly and digs out all what's been going on here. There was an offer on the table from shareholders I beleive but they didn't even have the decency to reply. I'd keep a tight look over my shoulder if I were in JFJ shoes, something stinks to the highest level. Katie I'd suggest that the evidence that you Andy & red have be forwarded to the administrator ASAP to make them aware of what's been going on. All of a sudden now MML own anything that's worth a few quid. You couldn't make it up !!!!! | cjl2112
12/1/2015 17:35 | Too true ,what would they lose by giving it a try.Seems to me administration is what they want. | casabella2
12/1/2015 17:34 | The trainset deal to mystery co (illegal without shareholder approval) would have serviced the loan , What are they upto? | oliversanvil
12/1/2015 17:06 | EGM: just 6% short of 75% so even slightly improved terms would likely see +75% Chairman today: "Shareholders lack of support for the previous resolutions meant the Directors opinion is that any alternative funding strategy would also fall short of 75%" The excuse that an improved offer would have failed isn't all that convincing. | bam bam rubble
12/1/2015 16:54 | Surley you do not believe all of the RNS as they have flanelled before and are doing the same again. Lets see what the investigation/admini | oliversanvil
12/1/2015 16:30 | Oliver... be sure to switch off the thread lights, when you finally leave.... RIP | katylied
12/1/2015 16:22 | Game over and the turkeys voted for it. Hilarious. | travls
12/1/2015 08:15 | Quite a lot of people are scared about investing on the Aim market because when these shares go wrong they do not fall by, say, 5pc or 10pc – they can halve or worse,” Mr Hargreave said. “The key is to avoid companies with management teams that are out for themselves and not for the shareholders.” As i said before "What excuse do the BHR BODS have with their combined experience and qualifications? They did not fail in getting the educational letters behind their names! Something definitely NOT RIGHT HERE! In my opinion they have been tempted to take a corrupt manipulative path. You believe that a company whose shares are traded on AIM may be in breach of the AIM Rules, in particular in relation to the timely and accurate disclosure of information to shareholders | oliversanvil
11/1/2015 16:15 | Train set sublease "Win win" scenario ! Absolute RUBBISH. Malevolent "lose lose" scenario! Bods have been leading the shareholders down the garden path, apparently for years. More in self preservation and self interest scenario! However, the"Scheme" has backfired with the NO VOTE. Have they got the GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD? I think not.Hoist with your own petard Going through a simple procedure of marrying the share holders for pecuniary advantage (weaving a web of deceit having all the receipts to show the court) then divorcing ( we do not love you shareholders anymore soon to be with another that we have been having an affair with) desertion / without consent! The Company is pregnant and will bear abundant fruit ! Ring any bells! This BODS behaviour will have a ripple effect on the Whole AIM market .Thus anybody buying shares on the AIM MARKET Caveat Emptor | oliversanvil |
