16/12/2014 11:48 | Message from AndytheMKDon on LSE:- Big day tomorrow. Today 11:21 Just to let everybody know that behind the scenes there are actions taking place which could still see some surprises in the next 24 hours. We are like "Swans" gliding imperiously above the water line whilst the legs are madly paddling below it. lol. Your action group of which redbike is one have been in relentless communication with institutions which might well have a part to play over the coming hours. The BOD for sure will not be enjoying the level of scrutiny we have unleashed upon them from many quarters over the last few days. Whatever the outcome over the next 24 hours believe us when we say this is the beginning and not the end, we will have our day in court and the BOD will be brought to book one way or the other. If anybody is planning to go to the meeting let me know on here, so we get an idea of how many doughnuts to buy to go with our coffee.. I wont get any for BHR staff as they already have a couple of doughnuts.. !! | katie1234
15/12/2014 19:58 | Why are the BODS not honourable and resign? We the shareholders consider them unfit for purpose. | oliversanvil
15/12/2014 14:16 | libra - the board of ics were apparently useless. Alchemy took control and turned the company around. imho | targatarga
15/12/2014 11:34 | targa, I take your point but TBH, I don't have a choice here with such a loss I'm prepared to risk a relatively small % of my original investment in the hope of a return. IIRC, the ICS board tried really hard to force us to sell. I can't remember exactly what alchemy did but there was manipulative share dilution and threats of administration plus "end of the world" type board postings. In that regard, it's a bit like here. Got to be worth a gamble. Happy Christmas, if we can. | librag
15/12/2014 09:56 | libra - I know you did well out of ics but most investors lost. The only reason you made money was alchemy played fair. This lot definitely won't. imho | targatarga
15/12/2014 09:03 | Get rid of this BODS and bring in an efficient Indian management team! Sorted. | oliversanvil
14/12/2014 17:25 | Really? This week's special offer ... a company heading for administration because; 1. It's full of debt. 2. it's got an awful lot of disgruntled shareholders who are going to war with the BoD. I'll bet they're queueing up to throw money at us. :( | librag
14/12/2014 16:00 | The more scaremongering of administration by the media the more it will attract bidders! | oliversanvil
13/12/2014 21:20 | The bucket dropped into the plant what rubbish stalling!!! The trains not released for service for ages. Rubbish!!! Stalling Has the penny dropped! Care and maintenance Stalling!! | oliversanvil
13/12/2014 20:41 | When is this going to go bust? | miahkaysor
13/12/2014 11:33 | Humbugg - They said they don't need to until 15th, coincidentally just after the vote closes at 10.00a.m.!! | katie1234
13/12/2014 09:38 | katie, can we force the company to notify the market who the new shareholder is? | humbugg
12/12/2014 22:32 | The Illuminati are after Darwin! | oliversanvil
12/12/2014 18:27 | I know, I know. Didn't want to encourage him. :) | librag
12/12/2014 18:26 | LibraG - You didn't finish the whole quote, the actual quote is 'Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, but the highest form of intelligence!' | katie1234
12/12/2014 18:05 | Don't be daft. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. I''m not excusing what's happened here, it's awful. I've lost just over £50K which for me is a lot. You clearly just want to argue, so crawl back under your stone. I do feel sorry for other people who, like me, have lost almost all their money. Am I going to support them kicking out (albeit quite naturally) in anger by forcing the company into administration? Nope, because I'd like the chance to make money here. I believe we can but only if the overly emotional characters here STFU. Have a nice weekend and go and pick on someone in the real world. They might just give you a slap. | librag
12/12/2014 16:33 | And what about people who lost their life savings here. What is your advice for them as after this RI they'll be left with NOTHING? Do you have any nuggets of wisdom for them? | vsm78
12/12/2014 15:01 | 1. It's the Darscum effect. 2. Market worry ALWAYS impacts the share price negatively. 3. It allows forward projection for asset value. A firesale price now is a buyers' market and will get shareholders nothing. Our assets, tangible or expected, will rise in the accounts as we near production at lower cost. 4. This is a play on the medium term price of coking coal which is widely expected to rise. IMO forcing administration will result in nothing for us and no potential for future gain. BTW the loyalty offer might have been forced (thanks to Katie et al) but it will be undoubtedly lucrative for those prepared to buy and sell. Remember we'll be getting shares for 0.01p or 0.008p. For some, the profit there is greater than the residual value of their shares. Think! | librag
12/12/2014 14:18 | LibraG 12 Dec'14 - 12:46 - 9764 of 9767 "Imagine how much the share price would rise after next Wednesday if the Yes vote is carried." Could you be so kind and explain above to us. Maybe we are all indeed deluded in our assumptions that there is nothing more left for us than administration. | vsm78
12/12/2014 13:44 | Now you're just being paranoid. ps. Watch, lose. We're all rattled BTW. | librag
12/12/2014 13:35 | librea G Your words are failing me you'll be coming out with lean & mean next!! Whatch and learn the no vote will be carried, I for one will be adding next week to my 3mil plus just to see the back of these crooks. If I loose the lot so be it RK and your team will go down with me !! Katie Keep up the good work you've got them rattled !!! | cjl2112
12/12/2014 13:05 | Well Said Katie! keep the good work up! These cowboys want Booting out For Sure. | alby220
12/12/2014 12:46 | Imagine how much the share price would rise after next Wednesday if the Yes vote is carried. This drop should be temporary (Darwin, market worry, coal prices, potential for shareholder revolt) and your shares might be worth more than you think. I do think you guys are missing the bigger picture and I hope your desire to force our company into admin as a way to extract value, fails. | librag
12/12/2014 12:20 | lol. I've spent the last few years over on the PXS board and IIRC the shareholders action group has my personal email address. Nothing untoward here unless my experience with Darscum's effect on PXS's share price somehow means I'm working for them? Waiting and worrying for Wednesday. | librag
12/12/2014 11:43 | LibraG - You don't need to convince me about anything, I am convinced we will win and that will be the best outcome for all private investors. It is you that needs to be convinced and after next Wednesday I am sure you will be, that is unless you are either RK/JFJ/Darwin in disguise, if that is the case, prepare to get your just desserts. | katie1234 |
