Good Evening Ladies and gents,
I belong to another forum, the forum where this revolt started, first post here.
Go easy on me as its been a tough few weeks in the trenches.

If you have been following our exploits in exposing Rowan and the gang and also heard TW's BHR bearcast about the mystery share buyer when we uncovered the Mauritius link and then the ex employee of BHR.
Your going to love who this person is now its leaked, and if you do use Toni&Guy ask for a discount ;-)

hxxp://www.shareprophets.com/views/9627/beacon-hill-resources-tell-us-about-the-hairdresser-mr-farr-jones

Support from these boards has been pretty good, at the moment the share group is trying to obtain the actual figures from the NO vote RNS.
The observant would have noticed the Darwin Henderson issued RNS, as they hold
only 2.79% want to make sure that the "touted 20%" wasn't part of that vote.
If so is illegal as they only get to vote on those warrants once they exercise them. The last few weeks into the vote have never seen so many tricks.

All I ask and im not selling zip is that you use your votes, no matter how small an amount you hold you vote. As most of you are aware we are now suspended
due to the no vote, all we wish is for fairness not greed here.
Greed came from the company wishing to flush existing shareholders and then an offering to be fleeced in 2015 after dilution with a lousy 1 in 3 share.
At some point we either get a renegotiated run or administration, if its a renegotiated run a vote and physical presence at that vote would be great.
Should a vote of no confidence be tabled there will be sufficient to carry that
vote, BHR came mob handed with five so as shareholders you fight for your investments and the movement isn't finished yet.
If you can support the campaigns and pop over to LSE and say hello.
None of this stuff is made up, and sure one day someone will make a film about it called "The great stock and coal swindle". ;-)

more important is whether we can sue for compensation. Both the directors and the auditors are liable if we can show that they misled the market with regards to asset valuations. Remember 60M was signed off, (dollars or pounds, can't remember).

I'm sure Serious Fraud Investigation Department would be able to help/advise on this situation, if we can find evidence of wrongdoing in the company and the last set of accounts submitted, crystal clear this would be one for the law if so.

Note the £30 donation on the right hand side. Clearly a close
relationship going back some years...

If true Mr Justin Far Jones will soon be known as "the one who pays for the votes". I bet it will be of no help for him in looking for new position.

Update from AndyMKDon:-

Morning all.
It's nice to smell fresh air this morning rather than the stench coming from 44 Southampton Buildings yesterday..

I have mailed the BOD reminding them yesterday was a poll and not proportional representation i.e. we want the numbers. I have given them till 3pm to issue them before I take it up with their Nomad / AIM regulators.

As I mentioned last evening we are in dialogue to seek professional help to ensure we now take the right steps towards getting a better result than the mugging this BOD were looking to inflict upon us.

We will keep everybody informed of progress.

Katie, I'm registered on the action group site and will support all attempts to hold the auditors and/or individual directors to account.

well done katie. as for daniel lark? does he exist? if you follow the money i am very confident it'll lead to farr-jones door. that in itself is enough to have him barred from any post imo. as for karstel, dont be fooled, he is utterly useless imo.

Katie I only have 50,000 bought in very recently so only a small loss for me, I tried to let you have my holding but could not get them added so please advise.

If I may suggest get hold of a copy of the articles of association you will probably find enough there to drive a bus through the directors and their advisers.

Good luck CC

Post from AndytheMKDon from LSE BB. Andy attended the meeting today.

AndytheMKDon
What can we say !!

Firstly a huge thank you to all investors who chose to stand up for their rights.. Kudos to you and shame on this board of directors. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you again. ;+) We have won a battle but not the war !! We are taking council as to our next steps on a legal level as well as professional advisers to ensure we get the best outcome for all private investors. I will not reiterate statements made by the chairman and members of the board of directors today but suffice to say their obfuscation of simple questions renders them open to legal questioning which we will leave to those rendered fit to put these questions and get the correct answers. Their threats of receivership should be dis-regarded, why would they fight so hard for something that was worthless!! The emptiest drum always makes the most noise. !! Stay resolute, we have shown them we have teeth to oppose their bullying tactics and will not roll over, support your action group. Together we will get a better outcome than the "rub us on the tum, pat us on the head brigade offer us" they are responsible for this shambles. Having said this I genuinely got the impression today that Mr Karstel was an intelligent and knowledgeable mining engineer who could deliver this project. However, I'm not sure he is CEO material, that's not a failing to know your limitations, with competent management people around him we might just pull this project off.. We maybe need to free him up as the person on the ground, but rid him of the parasites / incompetency's he probably has to endure on a daily basis.!!

You need to contact everybody, present auditors (present/old), advisers (present/old), directors (present/ old), start collecting information.

LibraG - Thanks for that, your 16M shares will certainly help in the future. Today was just the beginning, not the end. The BOD think they can scare off private investors by suspending the shares and will probably try to come back with an offer not dissimilar to the one they have just lost the vote on, expecting us to accept it rather than Administration. AndytheMKDon from the LSE board attended the meeting and asked for confirmation that the figures quoted in the audited reports were correct and he got a 'no comment' response to that and all the other questions he asked. How disgusting is that! They work for us and it is our money that is in the company, not theirs, all they do is take from it. I will keep this board updated on any future plans I become aware of, if all private shareholders stick firmly together, we now know we can succeed. I hope this result will fire up shareholders of other Aim companies who are going through similar things.

What we don't know yet is whether the company is worth what the 'audited' report says it was, which would mean we should all get something back after paying off the debts, or the figures were totally false and the BOD led shareholders on claiming the company had some value when it clearly didn't. Either way, they are up the creek, but we will certainly make sure they get their comeuppance. 'Daniel Lark' obviously believed the shares had value, paying £56,000 to try and ensure the yes vote won!!
