09/12/2014 15:03 | Jane: just heard that link. All interested here should listen carefully. Without a yes vote, Vitol will take over @ $1 cost. With a yes vote, Vitol are giving their support by extending debt and moving into shares. "follow your money" is the message. Vote yes. | librag

09/12/2014 12:58 | targa; I agree and that's AIM for you. If "they" want us out, I definitely want to stay. It's as simple as that really. I know we've all lost a lot but I do think that by following the IIs, we'll ultimately make money if we buy in again at these lows. | librag
09/12/2014 12:39 | libra - management want the pi out of the equation. The only thing that caught them out was pi's holding a large percentage. At the next fundraising next year [sic] they'll probably swing it. Another sunkar imho | targatarga

09/12/2014 10:58 | If subleasees of trains are making money from coal why are BHR not? | oliversanvil
09/12/2014 10:57 | Yes everyone vote NO I have already done so | bossman1978
09/12/2014 10:54 | ian 50 Private shareholders currently own 80% of BHR, if the dilution goes ahead they will own 3% and the ii's will own 97%, so if we stick together as you say, 'the major shareholders hold all the cards', that is us. Keep fighting, anyone who hasn't already done so, vote no to all the resolutions and we can then get the Board to put forward options that are in OUR favour, not the institutions. The RNS yesterday and the conference call today show that they are rattled, make sure we keep them that way. | katie1234
09/12/2014 10:18 | There's a hand full of disallutioned share holders here it futile if between u all I wonder how many shares of any worth u hv | ian 50
09/12/2014 10:15 | As mentioned Yve got NO CLOUT yr a minority group 2ndly they're clever that u lot3rdly the major share holders hold ALL the cards | ian 50
09/12/2014 09:38 | Rid of BHR BODs Mothball Moatize 2yrs Sublease trains to highest bidder to pay for skeletal maintenace and sucurity staff. | oliversanvil
09/12/2014 09:25 | Well done Redbike and all concerned at last we can feel positive that we could make the change and bring directors to account. We have supported BHR with our money and loyalty, time to show some respect for your share holders BHR!------. from another b./ board | oliversanvil
09/12/2014 09:16 | Vote NO,NO,NO,to all resolutions.Massive no vote.We suffer the board suffers.Don't let them rob us blind.We go they go. | casabella2
09/12/2014 08:57 | The subleased trains should be cancelled and put to tender (highest bid.) not cloaked.Very suspicious. Who ever has these trains hold the key to BHR viability. Why does BHR not use own trains to transport there own coal.I believe the unknown party now using the train set are in cahoots with this scandal. Any one bidding for BHR would not be that intersted without the trains. EXCEPT the party that has the train set operating now. How dare the BOD sublease BHR s to whoever without shareholder approval in this smoke and mirrors way not telling who the party is and what the revanue is! | oliversanvil
09/12/2014 08:15 | highly geared, indeed. | humbugg
08/12/2014 21:17 | Funny how the BOD had no intention of offering small shareholders anything before the Action Group and the No Vote GATHERED MOMENTUM..... | highly geared
08/12/2014 20:28 | cjl2112, If you take LibraG's advice, please add your shares to the no vote and you will get a far better deal if we block the resolutions. | katie1234
08/12/2014 19:49 | cjl; so your average is 0.75p? You'd be crazy not to be prepared to add in 20% (£3K) and bring your average down a lot. Emotions ruling the heads here. And no, I don't work for BHR. | librag
08/12/2014 19:36 | Totally agree with you cjl. | casabella2
08/12/2014 18:47 | Invested 15k here now worth £400 would I rather take that £400 or put the management out of a job ? Hmmm 15k to 400 would rather loose the little left and see them go. | cjl2112 |
