Finally some tangible improvements when you add back one off goodwill impairments, and earn outs etc.

Profitable at EBITDA level, hopefully they can continue improving the top line, cost base and efficiencies across all the divisions to drive increased bottom line profitability.

Hmm nothing too exciting in the trading update this morning, results improving with a more controlled and cost conscious management team, but will a constrained management team be enough to truly grow the business and turn in anything like a meaningful profit.

Be Heard Group plc, the digital marketing group, hereby notifies the market that on 20 November 2018, David Wilkinson, Non Executive Director at the Company, purchased 750,000 ordinary shares at 1.318p per share.

David's total holding in the Company is now 3,136,208 ordinary shares, representing 0.30% of the total issued share capital in Be Heard.

Once the bottom line is stabilized and turned positive, the share price should take care of itself.
