Too small for MS to bother with. Unpicking all the deals, earn-outs, etc. Not worth his time. In any case they all sold to be heard because it wasn't going to be the big WPP type group which is what S4C will eventually become.

However, as we all know in the Ad biz morals don't exist.

I think they would lose the fine line argument by the way as intraday trades brought it well below 50% for 1 single trading period.

They can't plead ignorance I spoke to them and insisted they RNS.

hmmm too soon for a takeover...too much work needed to be done. Only sell the business once it has traction in performance and a track record of profitable growth. Otherwise the selling price would not be in current/long term shareholders interests.
