A few months back I saw a write-up in the Standard and went to the Co. website - and could hardly believe what I read: a well and proper jargon-fest and buzz-word bonanza

I have been following this board for a couple of weeks or so now.
I intend to make a reasonable investment here in the morning up to 4.7p of around 500-750,000 shares.
I will post my buy as soon as my broker confirms it.
I'm also in total agreement that this will be a very rapid success, as the groundwork has already been done.

Very positive and interesting indeed.

It is strange why the board did not see the requirement to have a full time dedicated CFO without external pressures, especially given all the acquisitions made to date...

Hopefully this year really is the year of momentum for the business and share price..

This is encouraging from Gresham House Strategic Plc, holders of 10% of Be Heard shares. Good that they're working closely with management and clearly have exerted some pressure too, which led to the appointment of a dedicated CFO:

"It has been a period of internal focus for BeHeard following the full year profits downgrade in early January. Whilst this was frustrating, the underlying business has grown strongly with organic revenue growth of 23% and underlying EBITDA more than
doubled in the year. We have spent a significant amount of time in the past 8 weeks on this investment ensuring that the company is taking action to address the
weakness in financial forecasting including a full site visit in January. Our findings support the view that the earnings ‘miss’ was a hiccough rather than evidence of a more fundamental issue in the business.

Our engagement included discussions regarding a dedicated CFO and we were very pleased to see the appointment of Simon Pyper at the end of March. Simon has a strong CV and relevant experience and the fact he was able to join with more or less immediate effect was a significant bonus.

We remain closely engaged with the management team and Board during the crucial phase for the business."

Good article. Hopefully 2018 will see a year of profitable growth as all the acquisitions are bedded in and traction/cross selling across each unit occurs. Scott has all the experience to drive growth and shareholder value. It is just taking him longer and proving more testing than I am sure he envisaged...But I am confident to hold and await value :)
