I am sure the bod would know about any hostile bid attempts also. They would be hearing about any large amounts of stock being bought and by whom...

I much prefer the share price to be rising on reasons other than a predator, whilst the share price is at all time lows. The business needs to return bottom line profits in order for any acquisition price to be in the best interests of current medium/long term shareholders.

Hmmm not sure about the Sorrell bid rumour...

There can't be anything occurring behind the scenes currently in relation to such a corporate move, otherwise the recent director buys would not have been possible, as the directors would have been in a closed period and unable trade the shares..

Reason for the rise:



Starting to look more and more likely, apparantly Martin Sorrell didn’t want to close any more aquisistions until re listing as the rise at Deriston reduces the dilution for him. Expecting him to close some more shortly now.

Hi Chimers. I was just wondering if I could ask you a question. I'm assuming you aren't invested in BHRD from the comments you post. Therefore why do you spend time reading the business updates and writing so much on here? This is not a criticism in any way, I'm just curious. It seems a big effort for such a small, underperforming company.
