I feel I would be remiss if I did not apologize for my replies to Kooba and other associated posters. It’s a waste of time and has done the thread no favours. I shall desist henceforth from such un knightly behaviour.

One observation on valuing companies like BATM at this point in its history is that it’s a mistake to expect too much out of sales and subsequent revenue. The company value is largely in its IP potential. The attraction is that they are achieving this without diluting share holder value as they have managed to make sufficient money to pay the bills and progress development.
BATM have a decent war chest and the wherewithal to advance their aspirations.
I mentioned this some time ago but for example I used to be invested in Genmark diagnostics which never made a profit and was sold for @1bn.
There are other examples like that out there. If the company were not making progress I would not be here following them.

Positive day for BATM in the markets yesterday, with the exciting developments coming from the BATM team I don't think it will be too long before we break above 35p. I guess this is mainly dependant on macro conditions and how aggressive the BoE are going to be with rate hikes. Nevertheless, I expect to see continued growth from BATM in the coming months

Always come on here for my evening entertainment seeing Kobba getting rinsed. Poor guy, however i must commend your tenacity to remain in a negative tone even though the whole chat is against you and rightfully so. Time and time again you post these allegations that have not been proven or are just complete lies.

Why do this? You say you don't hold short positions, so what positions do you hold? Surely if you held long positions you wouldn't consistently bash the stock with bottom of the barrel rumours which quite frankly, hold no substance.

FSE: there is no further point trying to engage Kooba in rational debate. He is only interested in banging the shorters drum. At one point a while back he was interested in positive news about BATMs growth story. He probably was invested then. Now he or she is shorting.

As a minor distraction from all this stuff, one that got away from me. I started tracking Netflix in July soon after it crashed from $700. In July it was $165 and I huffed and puffed over buying but felt that streaming was overcrowded and Disney had the best content so didn't buy. Today its $303 up 84% !!!

I missed the point about investigating my posts..crack on who you going to get to investigate ? FCA ..this guy has posted a news article saying a major subsidiary of a U.K. listed stock has engaged in corruption in Italy...no the company has not said anything to their shareholders even though it's in the public arena. They would probably investigate the company !!Anyway good luck with that..made me laugh though so well done.

We are at some really critical inflection points for BATM and that’s worth discussing.
It’s a shame to ruin this thread.
You have made the same allegations repeatedly maybe you rumour merchants are the ones that need investigating.
Give it a break FFS it’s inaccurate and boring and there is a lot going on.

I would hope that ADOR have some more news on product roll out and even some advanced trials or even some orders to report...demonstrating that the company are entering a commercial stage. Think was tee'd up for sales before the end of this year.Separately also i would hope there is some news on cyber products tailored for the commercial market which again was promised before the end of the year.Time is moving on and its difficult to see a big jump in revenues in the second half from information available just yet.On this Adaltis thang.. no one is explaining why I might be off base. If they are investigating the lawyers then they are investigating the companies that have benefitted from bunging them surely..otherwise that would just encourage other companies to seek contracts through corruption of politically connected people...something that runs through certain countries but one would hope not something any country would want to encourage!

Kooba this utter BS. It’s political and Adaltis are not under investigation. The action is against the previous government. When the government changed there was the expected backlash. The previous government was in power during the pandemic and went to Adaltis which is in Italy to purchase test kits. Adaltis had to scramble to fill the void. They should be given a medal for their efforts not scorn.
The present government are dealing with Adaltis so that says it all.

Of more importance is that ADOR. Are presenting with Adaltis in Germany this week.

That may be the case and it may be that Adaltis was indeed investigated and exonerated as resistance1 seems to think though will not answer how they know that. I have no idea where this is , it could be something that is going to raise its ahead again legally or is old news and is going nowhere.One of the guys who is said to have received money to facilitate the orders was a good friend of previous Italian PM Conte so if folks want to get at him they can go for the political connections and corruption , the guy Luca di Donna is also embroiled in a far bigger fraud in crypto land called onecoin..again he got mysterious payments from the company..again this is in the public domain. Without saying anyone did anything wrong ..if there were payments to people outside the industry with political links introducing the company to obtain state orders then it looks seriously ill advised at best. It could raise questions on other large contracts too.To say its in the price though would really assume that everyone was aware of this and that its not going anywhere. Which I'm not sure is the case.The various biomed ops are also closely linked to Adaltis.But maybe you are right and that this is late to the story and everybody knows already and thats contributed to the price underperforming significantly.
