Well up on a down day for the market with decent volume.
Quite a few analysts starting to look at BATM largely as they are self funding and do not need to go to the markets to stay afloat.
"General comment" I have seen is that despite the drop in Covid Sales they see the company making progress.

Luca di Donna was mates of the former PM Giuseppe Conte and used this position to influence contracts..he also seems to have money laundered in a massive crypto fraud..not a great guy to be doing business with.If it is ongoing and Adaltis are found to have gain contracts improperly then its all rather serious...maybe its blown over..maybe not. To say its made up lies is just nonsense this is in major publications.If Adaltis are implicated how does that reflect on the company and other subsidiaries and investments.The fact that this was overlooked as its in Italian newspapers seems to mean the company thought it was not something to clarify on.

Must say the rat brings out all the usual suspects!These accusations are in bona fide publications..not blogs or micro sites. How you can dismiss without reading the content and clearly doing zero research is amazing.3 monkeys.Now all you guys who told me you could get those 2020 accounts for 5euros ..are you now saying they are not available because of backlogs?? If they are not attainable because of backlogs how come i was sent some copies..and where did they come from exactly?If not backlogs are they not available due to any ongoing investigations of bribery? Who knows but dismissing such stuff is making you look like the wrong 'uns imo.

Looks serious enough allegation to me.Since there is a change at the top in Italian politics and the mate of Di Donna is out this might not be water under the bridge. Di Donna seems to be implicated in other situations for money laundering ..not the smartest?The implication here though is clear Adaltis paid this guy to get government contracts using his political influence..and Adaltis paid him handsomely. Sometimes having to deal with backwash like this rat is an unfortunate fact of life for small shareholders in this market these days. In this particular case, ratty is a particularly nasty variant: someone/thing with just enough market knowledge to sound credible but lacking even an ounce of self-awareness sufficient to know what he doesn't know, which is a lot. Notice how similar he/it is to a blob of mercury; completely toxic and just when you think you've got him/it bottled up with logic and reason, he/it squirms away and just changes the subject, coughing up some new/old fur ball (eg., he started today with a bogus connection between some lone actor and BATM, was exposed having no credible evidence and ended screaming some nonsense accusations around meaningless subsidiary filings which were filed and have caused zero issues). A masterclass of throwing spaghetti against the wall in the hopes that something - anything - sticks, executed by a useful idiot so devoid of shame that he will continue to try and smear the Company with 2 year old unsubstantiated slurs, which if they had contained even a kernel of truth in them, would have resulted in anything from multiple re-statements of earnings, sanctions - or worse - from Regulators on either side of the Channel, to mass firings and a slew of RNSs from the Company attempting to somehow explain it all. Instead, we have a higher share price today. 'nuff said.

Of course I know Telco Systems is owned by BATM! Are you serious?!

It's been owned for a couple of decades and, I believe, is the primary reason for the massive accrued shareholder losses. But unless Edgility ramps up enormously, then it's an immaterial subsidiary.

(The problem with Telco Systems is that it puts BATM in the jurisdiction of the US Department of Justice, who don't much like foreign corrupt practices...)

Shifty the rat is paid or at least asks to be paid to drag up dirt as they say on any company or individual for a fee so yes its a fabrication.
The original shifty the rat attack on BATM was absurd not the least from the fact that the rat was so busy looking for nonsense on the diagnostics side they did not even realize BATM owned Telco systems or Celare.
Thats quite a slip up for someone claiming to have researched the subject.

Shifty, you have piped up with numerous allegations about BATM with 0 credible backing. Almost seems like you’ve got an incentive to drive people away from BATM. Are you shorting?? I can’t believe I actually have to say this but not every article is factually accurate - the fact that there is only one article (with no evidence) accusing Adaltis of being implicated is very suspicious and makes me wonder if someone got paid so spread malicious rumours. Anyone can make up a story.
