07/11/2022 12:17 | "Any difficulties punters may have in getting copies has nothing whatever to do with BATM and everything to do with post-covid problems at the municipal level in Italy as apparently the relevant civil agencies are backed up for requests by up to 2 years." Ok, so here we have Echoridge admitting that the Adaltis 2020 accounts are NOT publicly available and he/she is offering an explanation for this. Then how did you lot get hold of screen grabs of those unpublished accounts!? I know how - you got from the company and that would constitute the selective dissemination of non-public information. Nice work guys. | ![]() shiftytherat
07/11/2022 12:10 | You literally have zero basis for anything you say, Echoridge. Meanwhile, I can point to a dozen articles which in turn reference court proceedings. Adaltis is named as one of the beneficiaries of the alleged crime. Marco Spadaccioli was, according to one article, one of the suspects in the case. If you have insider knowledge of this criminal investigation, perhaps you can explain how you received that insider knowledge. As for Adaltis financial performance, first half accounts for BATM indicate that the diagnostics division's H1 revenues collapsed by ~60% year on year, so I don't think things are particularly rosy. And again, how do you know that Adaltis is still supplying Italian public sector entities? Do you work for BATM? | ![]() shiftytherat
07/11/2022 12:04 | also, forgot to mention: for the 20th time, all of BATM-Adaltis's financial statements HAVE BEEN FILED on time (or will be by the necessary deadlines this year) with no issues whatsoever (if there were of course, a relevant announcement would have had to have been made long, long ago). Any difficulties punters may have in getting copies has nothing whatever to do with BATM and everything to do with post-covid problems at the municipal level in Italy as apparently the relevant civil agencies are backed up for requests by up to 2 years. So there's that too. | ![]() echoridge
07/11/2022 11:58 | Only that nothing you've written has any merit, rat. This guy accused made no commercial deals for adaltis, nor is adaltis implicated in absolutely any wrongdoing, reinforced by the fact that the Company continues to remain a favoured vendor doing business to/with the Italian government up to this day, while the amount of business overall done with the Italian government in any case remains extremely small. Am I forgetting anything?? Oh yeah, you're a shameless tool. | ![]() echoridge

07/11/2022 11:49 | Any comment on this guys? Let me guess: 1. It's in the past. 2. Adaltis is not important to BATM any more. 3. It's just a few dodgy online news outlets in Italy, so they probably all made it up. ? I think that covers the bases? Any other excuses I haven't thought of? | ![]() shiftytherat

07/11/2022 11:18 | There's a dozen articles or more that go into some detail about how Adaltis allegedly paid hundreds of thousands of euros to certain lawyers who fixed public sector contracts for them for millions of euros in return. It is, or at least was, a criminal investigation and the evidence included phone records. Here's one of those many articles: hxxps://roccarainola | ![]() shiftytherat
07/11/2022 11:15 | Echoridge... what exactly are you accusing me of? | ![]() shiftytherat
07/11/2022 11:14 | Shifty: Please provide evidence of Adaltis being a beneficiary. Until you do, this looks like nothing more than yet another motivated attack for your masters. | ![]() resistance1
07/11/2022 11:10 | Luca Di Donna was the lawyer at the centre of it. Search his name plus Adaltis. Or Marco Spadaccioli & Gli indagati. But you don't need to verify it for me. I can flipping read. Google has a translate function! This is 2022! LOL. | ![]() shiftytherat
07/11/2022 11:03 | uh huh...it's the fault of legitimate shareholders. Copy that. Meantime, 'Multiple sources' not needed. Why don't you provide like, one? No investigation because there is no malfeasance other than your pattern of shameless behaviour. | ![]() echoridge
07/11/2022 11:03 | Well, shifty, it should be easy for you to post a link to the article. I live in Italy and would be happy to verify and translate it for you. | ![]() unctuous
07/11/2022 11:00 | It's always the same accounts on here that attack the critics. They never address the evidence, just ad hominem attacks and attempts to shift the narrative and twist the facts. Unfortunately, this particular event, even if it did happen in the past still might affect the future. What will be the outcome of this investigation? It should have been addressed by BATM because these news items are out there - the evidence is in the public domain, but only if you are fortunate enough to stumble across it. These news stories, of which there are many DO implicate Adaltis at least as a beneficiary of the alleged crime. And at least one article named Marco Spadaccioli, the general manager of Adalits, as as suspect. What are BATM doing about this? Is this criminal investigation now complete? Are Adaltis a party to it? And is this why the Adaltis 2020 accounts have still not been published by the Italian Trade Registry (or Milan Chamber of Commerce)? These are entirely legitimate questions. | ![]() shiftytherat
07/11/2022 10:51 | One of the articles in Italy names Marco Spadaccioli as a suspect. Adaltis are named in the evidence as being the alleged beneficiary of the scheme. Multiple sources for this. | ![]() shiftytherat

07/11/2022 09:25 | I'm sure there are people on here who have bought shares this year. Did you know that a major subsidiary, Adaltis, was implicated in a bribery investigation? It wasn't something I knew until now... Sounds like the Italian financial police have got some compelling evidence, like phone records and stuff. | ![]() shiftytherat
