16/11/2020 15:24 | Telco systems are now selling white boxes with all the upgrades for 5G and NFVTime embedded architecture | fse
16/11/2020 15:16 | Interesting post on twitter ref CelareFrom single malware to fully-fledged APTs #Celare's NetWiz network-based solution collects, records and analyses all traffic IRT for wide areas. It uses our T-Sense collector to inspect network traffic while being much closer to the endpoint elements.https://t.c | paulisi
16/11/2020 12:15 | Moderna Vaccine news. | leewain
16/11/2020 12:14 | Another COVID sell off. | leewain
13/11/2020 13:51 | Divis are income in the eyes of HMRC so even if divis are converted into shares they still have to be declared as income and will be subject to tax in the UK. I can't speak about non UK jurisdictions | car1pet
13/11/2020 13:39 | Years ago I was able to take shares in lieu of dividend which got around this but I agree if they pay one this needs clarification. Some countries have double taxation indemnity agreements. | fse
12/11/2020 19:29 | last div. a few years ago I paid 25% tax | wizzkid211
12/11/2020 19:14 | I'd take any dividend at present whether it is heavily taxed or not.I seem to remember something similar when they last issued a dividend. | paulisi
12/11/2020 18:47 | Not sure you’ve thought this through. If you’re not an Israeli taxpayer the dividend is a disaster due to the withholding tax. I enquired about a dividend reinvestment program and never received a response. | unctuous
12/11/2020 17:29 | 2p per share would be lovely... 1.5p will do! | wizzkid211
12/11/2020 16:52 | They plan on paying a dividend so that should get things going | fse
11/11/2020 19:27 | The backdrop for this company has never looked more positive. Short term there are so many unrelated issues driving sentiment in my experience most investors don’t even know or understand the companies they hold. I am down in Florida enjoying hurricane Eta which is blowing the coronavirus away. That’s about how scientific this all is. Lots of interest in 5G though. | fse
11/11/2020 18:50 | Until we get some positive newsflow from the company and clarity about the divi it looks like a day traders stock. Hard to judge where it is going at the moment. | car1pet
11/11/2020 18:03 | read 'largely that' .... | emeraldzebra
11/11/2020 18:01 | May be guilty of over analysing but - 'Looking back' also provokes some new questions concerning some kind of explanation for weakness here. There does seem to be odd behaviour amongst sellers : -First - The US elections were cited us being a reason for the downturn. Now we (pretty much) have clarity on them, but little recovery in the share price Then Covid (new lockdown) was suggested as a contributor to the weakness - presumably in respect of how it might affect the operations of the Telco division - since it would not adversely affect the medical side, as it is involved with testing etc. -Now that we have news of the vaccine/s, would suggest THAT it is that side of the business which continues to weigh on the share price (Even though many here suggest this is NOT a ''Covid play'') -What we do NOT have is news from the more important telcon division - and it was that largely side that was promoted by the Investors' chronicle with their commentary that BATM was now looking highly overlooked, undervalued and misunderstood. -And now that we have vaccine/s - presumably any operational difficulties that might have been expected, courtesy of the virus will now be negated through the vaccine/s roll out........ So what has changed since 150p ? Not a whole lot except an (undeserved ?) whacking down to 90 p ! Buy. ??? | emeraldzebra
11/11/2020 17:13 | Looks like support around 80p | volsung
11/11/2020 17:10 | I should have switched out of BATM when BATM was 120ish and Lloyds was 26p. Today Lloyds is 33p. Hindsight is a wonderful thing!! | car1pet
11/11/2020 17:04 | Sorry can't remove double entry | doccash
11/11/2020 17:02 | Like what? The pfizer vaccine has sold off many shares with covid exposure including BATM -done We have more price rise interest in the telecom arm of business Still waiting future contracts so it is unlikely that the company will say don't know when next contract will be as an rns | doccash

11/11/2020 16:38 | Nasty drop a few minutes before close, bad news tomorrow? | picsous
11/11/2020 15:11 | Looking at timing of rns history recently, and the projects working on I think we could be due an update Good luck all holders. Covid or telco Either should get the price moving again . | doccash
10/11/2020 15:03 | If anyone can ever gauge market sentiment good luck. Telco is the big boy here but they are just entering the stage where they are receiving useful orders. Suggest re reading Simon Thompson comments on the company which I feel sums it up very well. Also listening to the latest Zvi interview which Doc posted a link to. I bought as many as I could handle on this dip. We really had no idea how much Covid hype was in here. What was always said on here was that this is not a Covid play but Covid did highlight what BATM medical were capable of. Markets themselves are very skittish with Trojan horse socialist Biden in there and in the uk Brexit. At the end of the day this has precious little to do with BATM but we are hostage to its impact. | fse
10/11/2020 09:14 | Problem is that it feels rather in the grip of a shorting gang. Need some positive news. ! | emeraldzebra
10/11/2020 08:48 | Nice to see the reassuring bounce this morning. | car1pet |
