07/10/2020 16:37 | Looks like the UK have lost the fuses for the circuit breakers they pulled... LOL you could not make it up if you tried. In the real world yes it does make sense to get these bench-top analyzers into large nursing homes and airports with a cluster of reagents that are actually available. Seems to me thats what BATM have been saying long before this outbreak happened. Governments also should be making moves towards the safe processing of animal waste "in situ" rather than trucking it around the country with all the risks that entails. Markets and Food processing plants are typically responsible for many of the outbreaks encountered. Not enough is being done in this arena. I expect to see considerable interest in what Celitron are doing. These agricultural sterilizers are a win win situation and their use should be mandated. | fse
07/10/2020 15:59 | The pattern and individual volumes of the sells just don't indicate a 'big seller' to me. Much more some kind of day trader trying to knock it down and buy back on the cheap. And/or maybe mm's trying to soften it up for a large institutional purchase. Much as a couple of contributors here were suggesting a couple of days back. | emeraldzebra
07/10/2020 13:25 | we have to remember the word GLOBAL! "The new customer is a significant global private laboratory group headquartered in Italy that provides COVID-19 testing throughout Europe, primarily for large businesses such as airports". | wizzkid211
07/10/2020 13:02 | Cumnor ...be patient. The strategy on the tests is excellent and COVID has been a catalyst for the whole programm in that area. To be able to provide the tests by the patient-referred to a the "point of contact" (POC) system is great. Tests do not have to be sent away; no big central labs required etc. The fact that Zvi actually mentioned in his latest interview this week that it is perfect for airports usage is important. He gives interviews with every piece of news; the broker puts out summaries on events ...what more do you want!Yes..ok...the home testing kit...it is on its way! | gerihatrick
07/10/2020 12:26 | Although equally, if not more significant, BATM's RNS's re its Covid tests-such as the recent antigen one-seems to have no impact whatsoever on its SP, unlike that of ODX (which I fortunately hold) or Novacyt. I think BATM's wide range of tests, machines and reagents have more scope than most and have significantly more potential but the PR seems to go unnoticed. It has a higher market cap, but has a lot more in medical and Telco so the share price reaction is surprising. I presume we have a big seller but the company should be doing more PR wise. Although potentially a big player in the Covid game most have never heard of it. | cumnor
07/10/2020 09:50 | Very low volume this morning. | car1pet

06/10/2020 10:44 | Deja vu.... | paulisi
06/10/2020 08:05 | Welcome to another day, another strong start, and another sell down by a spotty 20 year old with multi screen computers. Lol. Let’s watch. | emeraldzebra
05/10/2020 22:49 | Batm pay Proactive to promote them and hence get the interview.I assume the interviews are pre-worked as there is no hard questioning I.e no mention about manufacturing capacity or anything on the Telco side. | paulisi
05/10/2020 21:05 | The Fool seem to think its still worth considering on the Medical side of things. The article does not touch on the other sides of BATM medical which is hardly just about Coronavirus. The article did not mention the other side of BATM business Telco Systems is itself doing very well and its involvement at the core of NFV applications via NFVTime is hard to discount. Have linked a blog article from Telco (Sept 22nd /20) that is well worth looking at. Also BATM have a significant cybersecurity business. BATM is about far more than Covid19. Heres a link to a Sept 22nd /20 blog post highlighting NFV. Remember the ink is only just dry on 2 major contracts and partnerships. Added comment. Telco systems went into an agreement in 2019 with Clavister who they have won contracts with. Of interest Clavister won a contract with BAE systems. All of this is centred around NVFTime and cybersecurity solutions. In the case of Clavister they are using NVFTime on ARM architecture. Clavister like everyone else saw a slow down last quarter but saw a marked increase in interest. Its an area of interest I would expect to see a lot of action with once we have learned how to manage Coronavirus. | fse
05/10/2020 17:48 | FSE - That's a great interview...Thanks for posting! | redface
05/10/2020 17:42 | Sellers today cashing in profits. It may bounce up tomorrow | car1pet
05/10/2020 17:11 | This is a very good interview. They are offering a much more holistic path in allowing governments to mitigate the effects of infectious diseases without closing the whole economy down. They want to build a relationship with clients so that the services they offer are targeted and appropriate. Thats something thats not going on today and certainly not with the likes of Big Pharma. Company sounds in good shape and firing on all cylinders. and thats just the medical side ! | fse
05/10/2020 16:08 | Whichever.....it's a right pain in the bum....lol | emeraldzebra
05/10/2020 15:40 | Buy at lows say 112 selling in am on uptick easy 5% plus profits. Or dropping price for institution buy in. | doccash
05/10/2020 15:36 | there is a multi-computer trader bringing the price down all-day! | wizzkid211
05/10/2020 14:59 | Here is the analyzer in question. This is the most promising sustainable area of business for them. It gives the clients complete control all the way through the testing process and is about so much more than just covid. Accurate, fast and "in situ" and able to test for other pathogens. From what I can gather this is the area that interests them the most and what they could really make a difference in. Concerns about huge amounts of false positives in many PCR tests is not a wind up. Also if the result is not accurate and timely then its basically worthless which is the case with most of the flawed govt testing and modelling. tests need to be targeted and interpreted properly. This is NOT currently going on and there is little effort being made to accommodate the current flu season. | fse
05/10/2020 14:54 | All probably true....but it does seem to have a manipulated feel to it - especially given the tiny volumes concerned - in a lot of the trades.... | emeraldzebra
05/10/2020 14:50 | Yep, you see a jump first thing, price falls back and picks up late in the day. This has been happening for a couple of months. No idea why? Dual listing? Israeli buying in the morning, US late afternoon. | paulisi
05/10/2020 14:04 | Interesting report on BATM today | car1pet
05/10/2020 11:59 | Good news and more to come.. Bought today.. | nishg
05/10/2020 07:56 | Nice contract win - the key is equipment sales.Flu test out, but still working on triple test - which seems to be delayed | paulisi |
