Whilst I understand your logic, I'd rather have a customer place a $3,200,000 order every year for a few years, it strengthens the belief that the customer is happy with the goods/services they are receiving. It also improves the balance sheet, after all its $3.2m less costs!

The good news just keeps on coming, a healthy $3,000,000 contract win, and a trading update in the next 2 weeks or so. This could be the catalyst to finally push the Sp through 50p and beyond?

Nice steady rise from about 25p last year, patience is the name of the game, it will break through 50p quite soon, seems to be some small investors happy to take their profits at the 47.5- 48p range.

Fundamentally too I would not be surprised to see BATM break 50p, it seems to have waited so long to get there.

Heres my take on this recent investment FWIW from a cost/risk point of view.
From BATM point of view this is a no brainer in so far as they are risking little of their own capital and resources. NatLab will be able to rapidly accelerate development and bring a working analyzer to market.
BATM only downside is that they reduce their holding from 50% to 38% but lets face it thats 38% of a much larger and viable concern.
Looks like good sense to me !

looks like the medical division is hotting up.
They (BATM) do appear to be able to attracts investment from third parties.
The most recent Ador diagnostics initiative appears to be supported for the most part ex BATM coffers.
Molecular testing and 5G bringing live time solutions. The world is changing so fast

BATM Advanced Communications says its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adaltis, a manufacturer of medical diagnostics equipment, has now received the investment from its Chinese joint venture partner, Egens Biotechnology Company Ltd, announced on 30 June. Egens has paid RMB20m (approximately US$2.85m) to Adaltis in exchange for 4.93% of Adaltis's enlarged share capital, valuing Adaltis at approximately US$58m.

Currently getting a diagnosis of a specific infection (on a possibly critically ill patient)takes far too long. It's guess work initially by the physicians, as to what antibiotic to use (whilst the lab is growing and testing) - therefore the patient can become even worse if they guess wrong. With their kits, I understand they can run multiple (much more and much quicker than is currently available) DNA analyses (to identify the possible organism)very quickly - and therefore be able to get the patient on the correct treatment in record time.

If BATM are the only ones doing this .... and it works successfully in trials .... OMG ... We are talking MEGA !! This would be a game changer for the medical industry.
