I think you are confused mcbull. Barryroe Offshore Energy's other licences are in some cases under review, i.e. Lease Undertaking for Helvick.

The report states that the Barryroe site SEL 1/11 expired on the 13th of July 2021.

No info in RNS on what the company thinks of our biggest shareholder seeking Examinership. The Chairman and CEO here do not give me confidence that they give a flying fig about us small holders who have supported this company over the last 25 years. We are considered an inconvenience and treated accordingly......It's bloody disgraceful that The Board and The Irish Government have let Barryroe go to rot and all we have now is a big holder fighting for our and his survival here.
