If the EGM goes ahead I'd say:
- All 3 resolutions will be voted down
- Board will stand down
- Major shareholders will appoint their own Board and take control
- No creditors will move to liquidate and take on Goodman
- Company will remain in hybernation for the foreseeable until Goodman decides the timing is right for his attack.
