11/5/2010 08:53 | So,have the politicians listened to anything the electorate told them? I honestly can not remember electoral reform being a major issue for voters until now...and here we have the selfish wishes of a losing party, no...3rd place party dictating to the electorate how they would like to govern. I'm very angry, and I mean it! | mbalawala
11/5/2010 08:51 | I'm beside myself with anger.............. | purple sound
11/5/2010 08:48 | I'm really bloody angry now....... | tamboerskloof
11/5/2010 08:43 | "The idea that the two parties that suffered most in this election, that were rejected by the electorate, that in the case of the Labour party lost a hundred of its seats, should put together an illegitimate government, this is the Robert Mugabe style of politics," says Conservative MP and former Foreign Secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind. "It's exactly what Mugabe did you know, he lost the election and scrabbled to hold onto power.". | b3eper
11/5/2010 08:41 | Damn...missed the pivot...came half hour earlier than predicted....sod it! Yes...i'm still very angry about this political debacle..... | b3eper
11/5/2010 08:35 | Ppound falling too. Below $1.48 again now helped by further uncertainty about who will run the UK. Looks like we seeing some extreme volitionality in the equity markets. Spain's ibex was up nearly 15% yesterday but still didn't recover last weeks losses. I can foresee a great crash coming. I'm not calling anything though for obvious reasons. | mbalawala
11/5/2010 08:32 | When the Lib/Lab announcement is made who is going to stand next to Nick ? | purple sound
11/5/2010 08:30 | pivot still looking good for 10am....should be around 315.....DYOR | b3eper

11/5/2010 08:22 | mbalawala....it's a bloody fair point......they should be excluded..... and why the hell hasn't Cameron come out publicly to fight his corner...haven't heard a sodding peep..... Really terribly bloody angry now..... | b3eper
11/5/2010 08:21 | B3eper, actually its even worse news. If it is Lad&Lib they may also bring in the N'Ireland lost, and they just love to argue over politics. Then there's the Scots lot. Shambles indeed if the Cons don't pull this off. 200 point plunge if it happens and we'll be back in the dark ages! | bobp
11/5/2010 08:20 | Reverse Pivot coming at 10:00am ....upswing likley from 10 am to 10:45 with a retrace following....DYOR | b3eper
11/5/2010 08:18 | I'm really bloody angry now....... | b3eper
11/5/2010 08:16 | If we excludr the results from Scotland and Wales from this general election, the result is a Conservative Majority parliament for England. Giiven that Wales and Scotland now have their own parliament, is it not time people from these countries had votes excluded from a general election? Were it not for people in Wales and Scotland propping up the Labour seats, we wouldn't be facing a period of uncertainty at all - we'd have a strong Conservative government. why is our parliament full of Welsh and Scottish MP's if they have a parliament of their own? | mbalawala
11/5/2010 08:12 | If it is LIB/LAB the FTSE will drop 100 points. | purple sound
11/5/2010 08:10 | Are we going to hang around this level 'till the politicians decide? | dodopoo
11/5/2010 08:05 | The rate these politicians are going they will pull Europe apart. Lol, If i didn't know better it's BLIAR behind all this because they wouldn't make him president of Europe. Talk about if i can't have it, i'll break it.?? | wilba
11/5/2010 08:05 | Blow me down. I'm up £27 million with my Bank Shorts. | purple sound
11/5/2010 08:02 | The instruction was, "If its lost. Vote Lib Dem". | wilba
11/5/2010 08:00 | You'll be fine Purp...hang in there.... | b3eper
11/5/2010 08:00 | gbh2, Yes and loads of them were Labour tactical votes to stop the Conservatives getting the last 20 seats. | wilba
11/5/2010 08:00 | What mandate can Clegg possibly think he's got from the electorate to enforce any of his policies...... I'm getting really bloody angry now..... | b3eper |
