A company's share price is based on share value The more shares th3 lower the share price For instance if today barcs had half the amount of shares the share price would be double what it is today so it would be 296p The fact is Staley since feb 2018 said we will return more cash and buybacks to holders , to still issuing scrip shares Makes Staley's statements lies , Instead of reducing shares it is increasing them Staley and is statements are no more than lies and fraudulent Unless he never was going to buy back shares It's time he acted or step down as a liar and a fraud a dud just filling is own pockets .

Portside1, can you explain how the scrip share program works?
I checked on Wikipedia below
A scrip issue, also known as capitalisation issue or bonus issue, is a form of secondary issue where a company's cash reserves are converted into new shares and given to existing shareholders, or an issue of additional shares to shareholders in proportion to the shares already held.

If the above is correct I’ve not received any shares, and I have 182,447 shares.
