Former Prime Ditherer Calamity May, Weak, out of touch and completely inept at the job,Britain is in this mess because she was happy to be the EU's puppet. At least we now have a pm with a backbone, willing to carry out the job the British people democratically voted for, make our streets safer and stop being a pushover.Thank heavens she's gone.

The End of London. Prepare Yourself.

Trump loosing patience with Socialist basket case Europe

As the U.S.-China trade war rages, an even bigger battle with Europe is brewing
The escalating trade war between the United States and China has been center stage in recent weeks, but there’s an even bigger fight waiting in the wings. The U.S.-European Union trading relationship — the biggest in the world — is once again under strain.

FTSE 100 could drop IMO 100 points today

Yesterday US banks got hit a lower bond rates

This could spread across the pond now to UK banks, which are now testing 7 year lows

FTSE 100 now IMO looking at 6000 by end of november , 3 months.

Always consolidate with a 2 shares becomes one share and carry on as normal. This share buy back is certainly about timing.

Not on BARC but it is one LLOY

Brexit if it happens will :

1. The best thing for England since it went into the Common Market

2. The best thing for Europe ( but they don't know it yet)

buywell is a chartist

And a very good one

This is IMO not very pretty to look at but here goes --- sort of a taster

Horrible is it not

Then we look at the part after Brown the scot did the damage

Anyone with half a brain knows that Brown was the worst Chancellor we ever had in the English parliament.

He is a scot

As a scot he had a scottish agenda --- most hate our guts because of historical battles and their outcomes.

Also they want all that North Sea money for scotland

Henry/Celica thanks for your thoughts. Divis are nice but not when there is more to lose from your investment. Surely rule 1 is to protect your investment!

I guess it is all down to whether I want to take a hit which might go on for a while. I'm concerned the share price is almost at a 5 year low and who knows what Brexit will/won't bring. Selling half the shares is an option but compels you to wait for the share price to rebound when you could be using the capital elsewhere.

Wishing you all the best.

I think I'm going to `bail' (forgive the pun) out of this share tomorrow and maybe buy back in down the line. Bought in a few months back and it doesn't look as though it is heading for £2 anytime soon. GLA
