boys, i got no positions in financials. this week, i bought 6000 bae shares at average 325.5, 1000 gsk shares at 1017 and 1900 national grid shares at 524. that's all the shares i'm holding for the time being. apart from that i have silver and natural gas and other commodities. i'll tell you after i close my positions. you can see for yourself how i am holding up.
bernanke's comment is based on a few seemingly positive data. the truth is the data had been horrible and the market was way oversold and needed an excuse for a rebound. that's what happened. but it won't last. defensive will come back to the fore this week.
