So would expect transactional revenue of about 40m for the year and DVM of about 16m or 56m for the year, slightly ahead of plan.
Then 2025 perhaps 68m turnover. 44m transactional and 24m DVM.
So should see substantial profits in 2025 and a re-rating.

No unexpected items and DVM still growing rapidly.
Transactional revenue growth settled at at about 10% allowing for currency.
Annualised revenue was 8.8m at year end now over 12m so perhaps a chance of nearly doubling by year end to 16m plus

Ah so investment houses can pass shares amongst themselves without disclosure to any of us mortals, interesting, the new list makes it more intriguing as to reason for the share price crash in January, good the majors have kept their positions

Stonehaven = Fleming. Fidelity / Bell / Hargreaves = a collective of personal investors. Blackrock maybe hasn’t crossed a reporting threshold?

In recent years the Bango BoD have normally waited until after the Amazon prime day which is 16th & 17th July this year to issue the TU as the EUS processed on AP day gave a good sight line and confidence that YE revenue targets would be achieved. Whilst AP day will always be a significant revenue contributor the same as the Q4 big ticket shopping bonanzas I would think as the DVM subscription revenue which is less lumpy becomes the dominant revenue contributor the reliance on AP day for the H1 TU will diminish over the coming years, I also expect the seasonal 40/60 split to start to even itself out in the years to come although not expecting an even split so maybe 45/55

Expecting TU 22/23 July

The deal with the Global tech leader was signed 2 years ago so perhaps some revenue coming through now and increasing.

Shutters coming down on H1 at midnight this evening and then the bean counting can commence ahead of the TU in July, Larbey mentioned they had signed contracts that they cannot announce additional to the Uber deal reported last week so there could be a surprise on the ARR although probably not on H1 revenue due to timing unless they had some upfront license fee payments

I do agree with pensioners comment that revenue from the deal with the global technology leader will be kicking in as this went live early in the trading period and has been under the radar reporting wise so maybe another surprise could be on the cards

It's really only until we get well into 2025 when EPS of about 12p should be nailed on that we can see a decent rise I would think.
Pe of 20 would give share price of £2.40.
After that it could really take off EPS could double in 2026 when DVM becomes the majority of turnover.

I agree with you Pensioner , no-one is more bullish than me. I was just making the point that Larby and Co have been following this strategy for a couple of years so nothing has changed as far as the management are concerned, it's just investors don't seem to share the same view given the beaten down share price.
Once the market understands then the share price will recover

I disagree with you amt. The number of staff at BGO has almost doubled recently. The increase has come from experienced Docomo staff and staff from Bango Deep which were based at Histon (near Bango's main office). In addition the number of staff employed on Bango Audiences has been reduced. The staff are now concentrated on the so called Digital Vending Machine which has a comparatively high return on capital employed. Bango should now be benefitting from the deal with Apple which posters seem to ignore.

To be fair PL was also very upbeat earlier in the year despite the Accounting issues. Nothing has changed from their strategy point of view. Its just a question of how they are perceived by the market which judging by the share price seems content to overlook the opportunity.

I am sure an email to the relevant person and the timetable would have been updated.
The partnerships being made now will start to make a difference to the numbers in 2025 which is shaping up nicely after 2024 likely blip.

Thanks Rizzle, PL came across very very exited and confident, what a step change from his Jan post TU interviews,

So we can expect the TU in July which is great news, they just need to correct the web page and who’s head is for the chopping block
