It could just be private investors but I've noticed quite a few 5K buys over the last few weeks. Would love to see a TR1 from a respectable institution.Chart is looking ready for the next level up imo.

Let’s hope the buying continues and the sellers stock eventually drys up, still intrigued why there has not been any TR 1 notices issued, the major share holder web page needs to be updated 29th June so we should know for sure if there has been any significant movement

The acid test for the BoD will be in September that they have sufficient free cash ( US$ 1m ) to pay the first instalment of the NHN loan without going to the market or tapping into the 3m loan facility ( lesser of the 2 evils ) although this should become clear at the July TU

Trickle of buys coming in, I can see a slow tick up on the runup to the H1 TU in July and if back on track the share price getting back to the £2 plus mark.

I would have thought there would have been some behind the scenes discussions with the BoD and major share holders yesterday

Strange no RNS for the outcome of the AGM resolutions & voting, same for Boku, the AGM results RNS normally get issued on the same day as the AGM

Most regular RNS are released pre-market at 7am. Would have to be released before AGM.


i am aware mostly its pre 8 am stuff - there is always the odd company that does stuff during the day though - thankfully nothing has shown up here . I always think its a bit sketchy if you update during market ours when there is no need to.

I guess the lack of RNS today suggests no market information will be covered at AGM, :(Can only assume they want to be ultra cautious after the miss last year and not make any bold predictions too early in the year - shame though

Agreed, should be plenty of momentum in the business to justify a re-rating from here. Maybe they will provide a trading update tomorrow before AGM to confirm business is tracking ahead of broker forecasts.....

Always frustrating with a seller in the background. That said, recent movement has been positive, so I'd like to think some meaningful positive news flow would result in significant uplift from here.

Still appears there is a seller who matches any buying with a sells all day long. Could be an asset manager dealing desk who are conscious not to push the price down so just match their sales to any buy side liquidity. The stock is being held back by this seller and is unlikely to gain much until they are out.....

I've been to both events before, though I cannot attend the AGM this year. It always interesting to hear more details on some aspects, feel the positivity and meet the team, but of course they cannot actually say anything meaningful without also releasing it to the whole market via the RNS.

Yes I attend over a number of years when working in London so could get there without travelling for hours, it started as a strategy day then evolved into the capital markets day, they used to serve decent red wine and Raymondo was always approachable

When I attended an AGM many years ago Ray Anderson took me to one side and suggested that attending the Capital Markets Day would be more relevant as a shareholder. I was subsequently invited and found that process much better
