Wow, those accounts are awful, balance sheet looks incredibly weak. This looks uninvestible at first glance but will post some more detailed analysis later on.

Already fully loaded. Just hope the outlook is reasonable on Monday, we already know what the approx results look like. Can't imagine the share price falling from these levels in any event.

All quiet on the western front going in to next Monday it seems in terms of share price movement clues. If they can restore some confidence and no more hidden surprises we should be bagging a nice increase from now going into 2025 anyone buying at these levels! I'll be taking full advantage of barclay card's interest free money transfer this month a buy a load! Fingers crossed.

Whilst the seller appears to pause and then take advantage of any up tick in the share price it does indicate once they are out we should see blue sky, we also maybe seeing investors taking advantage of the depressed share price for off setting tax at year end,

It will be interesting to see what happens to the share price next week ahead of the results the following Monday 8th April which now fall in the new tax year, if the Bango BoD are feeling bullish with Q1 and use the results day to also provide a trading update and evidence the missed targets are in fact a one off then you can see the market pilling in and with PI’s armed with their new 20k ISA allowance the share price could see a major recovery

With the 2023 full year results pushed into April this gives the BoD the opportunity to update investors and issue a TU for Q1 2024, let’s hope they take it

2024 Q1 Revenue US$ 10-11m (taking account low seasonal billing period) with some further cash burn so US$ 2.75m cash in bank

It would appear for some time there is a relentless seller and a happy taker as though the share price is trading at pre agreed price around 99p, if it moves up it gets knocked down, in a similar way it appears to get supported if it drops below, maybe Larbey was hinting in his Proactive interview that he had been notified there was one of the II’s going to off load their entire stock which he was off the opinion it was an over reaction and a great opportunity for a new investor to enter the game, it may now be the new investor has been found and agreed to take the stock around 99p and maybe they also need to get the deal done before 8th April ahead of any reaction on the results day whether up or down thus the increase in trades, I do think once the seller has cleared their stock we will see an uptick

2 month close period on RA’s share purchase - then Easter. Couldn’t really be any earlier than the 8th.

There we go, Monday 8th April, not a good 2 weeks over Easter to issue results when most are on holiday, I always think the earlier in the week is a good indicator so a Monday release could be positive

Maybe the seller will be out by the time the results come out, sells just ramped up this morning but share price holding so far

results are as they are. so why the delay

1. interpretation to the public /write off as much as we can or not etc/
2. outlook

by having the need to take the decisions on the 2 above sounds like not completely clear cut strategy decision and direction - yet

Checked last Thursday as to whether we have a results date yet and at that point nothing had been set. Personally not concerned if they are a week or two later than usual.

In 25 years of investing I have never seen a better opportunity. Just hope I am not deluded.
