06/3/2024 11:21 | Dr B, 7 or 8 implies circa 45 to 50p. Expecting we will reach that as the news about overspend and loss of capital Value comes out. | muffster
06/3/2024 11:08 | Not sure why you would choose a PE of 20 - given their history of overpromising and underperforming a PE of 7-8 would be more suitable. Perhaps they will make some positive noises when the results come out. I'd like them to do an investor meet or similar too, if they want to face up to their PIs. | dr biotech
06/3/2024 07:24 | Let’s hope Bango at least have sufficient cash to pay the first instalment of the NHN loan in September and don’t need to raise at this lowball SP, raising at this level would be a disaster I suspect some of our clients / partners are keeping a watchful eye on recent share price movement and the delay in announcing the results day and asking serious questions | lentjes
06/3/2024 07:13 | Not sure what NHN could do about it except suck it up. Bango have that loan with them. Anyway when the share price recovers they won't be complaining. | amt
06/3/2024 06:08 | Assuming no growth in Doccomo and underlying growth of 20% in the underlying business I came up with a very prudent forecast for 2025 of FY25 Revenue $63m, adjusted EBITDA $32m, adjusted PBT $23m, Underlying growth in the business has been over 20% before Docomo so probably a fair assumption. That would put it on a forward pe of 4 !! Of course if there is say 10% growth in Doccomo platform then PBT could be $26m If DVM doubles then PBT could be $32m Which ever way you look at it either things have gone terribly wrong or the market is missing a once in a lifetime bargain. I think a pe of 20 would be realistic in 2025 if it meets those targets as the outlook beyond would be much clearer and there would be opportunities for dividends or buybacks. So a 5 to 7 fold increase in share price. Do your own research, I might be deluded but it's all very odd. | amt
05/3/2024 14:02 | Article posted on Bango website about signing up 3 more media companies. Not very significant but it helps | amt
05/3/2024 12:59 | I can see this ending up as a blue day | lentjes
05/3/2024 06:13 | Yes, they need plenty of time to get their tin hats. A lot of searching questions and some upset shareholders I would imagine. I hope they will have learnt to give us the whole story this time. Plenty of positives I am sure but they need to tell us the full facts about Audiens and the Docomo acquisition so we don't have to guess at what is going on and imagining the worst like the share price seems to be doing at the moment. Sentiment is so bad that I can't imagine it getting any worse. They have a great story to tell but it's needs to be credible. | amt
05/3/2024 05:30 | Is there an AIM rule requirement for Bango to give advance notification of the day when they will issue the results or is it just good practice, can they just drop them without advance notification Last year the results were issued 28th March but they had announced the results day at the TU on 24th Jan That said the Notice for 2022 H2 results was only issued 17 days before results issued so maybe we will get notice either this week or early next week It will be interesting to see if they also announce an investor presentation & Q&A immediately following the results, maybe the delay is in hope most investors diaries are already full lol | lentjes
01/3/2024 15:03 | It looks like they must be accumulating shares and not selling at below £1 so when the rally starts they will have plenty of shares to sell at higher prices. | amt
01/3/2024 13:51 | Missing out on rally | tsmith2
29/2/2024 09:16 | Good spot Lentjes, are you going to email the company and ask for clarification. It would be encouraging if he had spent 270 plus k on shares rather than 30k which look token | amt
29/2/2024 08:09 | The Bango major share holding page updated 29th December has Raymondo with 5,578,826 shares where as the RNS on 29th Jan states that after the purchase of 30,372 shares he now has an interest in 5,880,000 shares which would indicate he or someone close to him has picked up a further 270,802 shares between the 29th December and the RNS 29th Jan | lentjes
28/2/2024 12:08 | By looking at RNS timings, you can see that timing of stock option pricing is always a few days after release of the relevant half year or full year results. This is presumably good governance practice to ensure that situations like in #9219 can't arise. | weblinkman
28/2/2024 08:44 | Plenty of buys at last, 100 p seems to be the low. It will be interesting to see if any sellers still around | amt
27/2/2024 14:27 | Hopefully the share price stays this low or lower going into the new ISA year in just over 5 weeks, it's a no brainer as to where the bonus will be going if it does | lentjes
27/2/2024 11:52 | Look forward to that H especially after your very good recent write up In the meantime, it's become a rather dull investment in terms of share price. I currently have been investing in a company called Ensilica, Ensi, trying to find something to do with microchips and AI and got tipped off about it. Looks exciting if you are bores of waiting for something from Bango | amt
27/2/2024 10:09 | No firm date set as yet for the results, but pleased to say I'll be catching up with them again on the day. | hastings
26/2/2024 13:01 | Is the market pricing in that they may need to raise cash, if so it’s more important that the BoD issue the results and provide the revised forecast demonstrating that they do not need a cash raise, that said they may only do this after they have awarded themselves a lump of share options at a low ball share price especially as their existing options are pointless and maybe timed out unless there is a dramatic up tick in the SP | lentjes
26/2/2024 10:07 | I am looking at bgo for the last few years. Never bought. After the latest results i am daily reading all the informative posts. Thank you all. Ps I might buy in in a few months. Nothing much new on the bgo front in that time period imho. But the markets could be at var influenceing bgo valuation. No rush. Will the possible cbdc and only cb accounts (not at the commercial banks any more- as planned) have an effect on payment needs and habits - eg forced contractual payment obligation/withdrawa And similar effects in rapidly changing financial and tech environment? | kaos3
26/2/2024 09:08 | Inflection Point - 2024/25 should be where this company starts to make a reasonable profit. CEO should be sharing the forecasts for the coming years and then the share price might start to recover, until then we can only assume that for whatever reason the profits are not coming. I don't expect them to raise cash but I am concerned they have found more accounting issues! | adtraderuae
26/2/2024 09:03 | This stock is all sales at the moment! Continued selling by someone, could easily be a £50m market cap soon unless there is some news from the company. If the company cannot provide a forecast then the market will just value it on previous results hence the terrible valuation. | adtraderuae
22/2/2024 15:00 | Not sure if it's a good or a bad sign but the number of shares that can be bought or sold is about 10,000 now vs 50,000 a week back so it looks like trading has dried up. I suppose that means nobody prepared to sell at any price. | amt |
