mistt, I agree, this funding option is only available on a tight hole basis and would only be exercised for the more extensive evaluation of HC's. Considering the extended guarantee date that BPC are giving to Lombard, beyond the known well result, Lombard will just sit on these optional shares and wait for the well result in February, safe in the knowledge they can get 2.3p minimum. Maybe BPC will catch them out by issuing the well result before they exercise their call option to double up.

That would seem a sensible/ logical conclusion - If BOD don't attempt any more fundraising other than the Volantis option - within the next 10-15 days I may be tempted to have a very modest punt- for old times sake.Currently I'm more than happy to continue watching stress free from the sidelines unconcerned over results as either success or failure will provide renewed volatility to trade-As is it's a dead dog awaiting 90% chance of huge drop

Interesting comment in the interview about the Cuban extracting oil. If that is the case the risk of an oil spill is already there and with the Russians drilling for Cuba I wonder if the safety protocols are as stringent.

The Rhetoric has definitely softened from no drilling to lets wait and see which bodes well if we find oil.

If the Cubans are pumping looks like there must be oil down there

Linton I think 10p by March, possibly more. Saffron 2 will be drilling. If that comes in then CERP assets will also be boosting the share price If farmout partner is already lined up then all bets will be off and shop closed. I was thinking BPC sell Fold B for $1b + and drill Fold C, which has already been submitted in the EIA. Follow on drill next year. If that hits then they will sell that for another $1B. Then they will have T&T, Suriname and Uruguay to focus on. Dividend payments would be 20-30p a share.
