You'd have to say the CERP merger - paid for by existing shareholders- was a master stroke at securing BODs futures - and providing a terrific excuse for an exponential rise in share issuance

Probably around 12 to 15 days to go before news.

187.5 million shares can be easily sold into continued ramping across the bulletin boards in 12 to 15 days...........

Probably cold mean BPC share price is going to stay around 2p and any rises upwards to say 2.2 or 2.3p to sell will be piled into with massive selling. 2p will keep sucking the share price back down as the sellers bail.

The LWD would not confirm this.if the Investor exercises the Call, BPC will secure an additional $5 million in funding, and will be required to issue a further 187.5 million shares at 2p per share. In sum total, therefore, BPC might secure an additional $20 million in funding, for which a further approximately 667 million ordinary shares might need to be issued (assuming the remainder of the convertible notes are ultimately converted).

BigSi2..they have LWD.

While lWD cannot confirm oil or not.....it will show up any zones of interest "real time"............ so they would/should/could know how accurate their modelling is now and whether they are hopeful, or not, of a good outcome or not.

The old "share printing" machine is working overtime.............

Taking the money now (when they are drilling through target zones) will be seen as a big negative by many, no matter what they post on the bulletin boards.
