29/3/2016 12:06 | They did a trading statement on the date of last AGM- I guess none means trading in-line. | yamaha865
29/3/2016 09:47 | They don't do RNSs as a general rule. But we know it is likely to be a positive meeting So I have added today at just under 212 (was difficult to get quotes on line to buy - but no problem to get sell quotes) Nice and quiet here still SJ | sailing john

21/2/2016 08:40 | More of a fundamentals investor myself. However a technical/chartist Company called Stock Caller is suggesting a Target Price for Avesco of a whopping 584pence or 172% higher than today. They have based this forecast on the recent gap up in Avesco's price. Stock Caller headline their February 19th. article: "Avesco Group Plc’s Stock Is Buy After Today’s Gap Up". Whilst I cannot comment on their technical/chartist price target, let's hope they are right. - Certainly cannot do any harm to have such a high-flying technical Price Target. From a fundamentals point of view, the lowly £40million market cap of Avesco does seem particularly cheap in my opinion for a mature Company of Avesco's track-record, excellent management, high quality client base and strong growth prospects ALL IMO. 15/2/2016 10:32 | Avesco have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Media Plc category for the 2016 UK Stock Market Awards. The five finalists comprise:- AutoTrader Group, Avesco, ITV, Rightmove, Zoopla. The market caps of the other finalists are many, many times higher than that of Avesco. It is clear that Avesco are punching significantly above their weight to be rubbing shoulders with such corporates which are all significantly larger. This is a high accolade for an AIM-listed company. I believe that Avesco are the only AIM-listed company amongst such heavy-weights as Rightmove whose market cap is £3.3bn by comparison. Well done , Avesco. Full list:- When Avesco released this news on 27th. January, the Chairman also mentioned by way of update that " The current financial year has started well, with the Group now carrying a much lower debt burden following the sale at Fountain, and we expect to be able to continue our drive to increase profitability,to generate cash and to grow dividends.” Full release from Avesco:- In my opinion, Avesco continue to impress greatly. This nomination for Best Media Plc is not to be ignored or underestimated. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa |
