Looking at the annual return filing its a very small acquisition, not material for an RNS

As they have pretty much cleared the debt I'd expect they start to look at what they can do with the cash generated. No announcement to the market though, they really like being under the radar.

Looks like a great acquisition and offers good synergies, opportunities for cross-selling as well as furthering Avesco's footprint in the growing field of "technical event delivery".

tipped on shareprophets over the weekend (yes I admit to receiving mails from T.Winnifith). suspect it drew some punters attention to AVS and then they saw positive comments from other investors.
