07/3/2015 10:31 | Pretty good interview on the AVS site. hxxp://presteigne.tv | deanowls
07/3/2015 09:15 | AVS year runs until September so five months in, must have a decent visability for the rest of the year to come out with an upgrade, worth noting is that there is real momentum and if that carries through into an "even" year could really see this rerate. Just out of interest it has been noted about the value of Fountain studios, do the company have to have this valued every say five years as a matter of accountancey standard practices? | deanowls

05/3/2015 08:18 | Coming out with a COMFORTABLY AHEAD trading statement this early into their financial year is quite remarkable. They must be pretty confident that things have got off to a very strong start. As I have repeatedly mentioned, in my experience this Company always does what it says in its announcements- and gives reliable/dependable info and guidance. A very positive update. Some of their recent news/events can be found by hunting around on Avesco's mesmerizingly good web-site which I would recommend looking at. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
05/3/2015 07:53 | Avesco Group plc (the "Group"), the provider of services to the corporate presentation, entertainment and broadcast markets, is pleased to report that trading in the first few months of the financial year has continued the positive trends seen during last year. Our Creative Technology ("CT") business in the UK together with the restructured Presteigne Broadcast and CT Germany businesses are all showing significant improvements whilst our CT business in North America has delivered another strong performance. The outlook for the summer period also looks promising. Consequently the directors anticipate that results for the year to 30 September 2015 will be comfortably ahead of their previous expectations." | tiger20

02/3/2015 11:11 | I also agree tiger and Battlebus. No huge events this year (olympics etc) but if they can be decently profitable this year it bodes well for the future. Nice growth stock with decent income as well. | thebantamboy

18/2/2015 17:56 | I see Graham Andrews has been buying again. That's £27,500 worth in the past week or so. I don't remember him buying in the open market before? Murray of course has bought pretty regularly, and most recently in January he acquired £130,000 worth. Things must be going well. Michael. | michaelmouse

02/2/2015 15:36 | For what it's worth, just uncovered that an investment trust known as Small Companies Dividend Trust plc (ticker:- LSE: SDV) own a 2.1% stake in AVS. This is up from 1.8% as at November 2014. Always good to see institutional holdings. Avesco is one of their Top Ten holdings. SDV is run by Chelverton Asset Management who have a laudable track record on small companies. SDV carries a discount to NAV of almost 15%. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
