15/6/2012 09:16 | yorgi, beware... shooting stars burn out...... | backmarker
15/6/2012 08:14 | Yes it all amused me John with all the posters coming out with the "correct" version of the saying and of course "the lesson" we were given :-) We will soon be like a shooting star :-) | yorgi
15/6/2012 07:47 | "Availability of the Spaceport's separate Launcher Integration Building and Final Assembly Building facilities at French Guiana provides flexibility in Arianespace's mission processing flow, and enables two Ariane 5s to be prepared in parallel." I understood an absolute minimum of 20 days between Ariane 5 launches, possibly my understanding was wrong. An RNS cannot be too far away either way? With indications of progress on Hylas 3 around, could it be a double? | gorvachof
15/6/2012 07:24 | Admire your optimism wilksey but I don't think AVN will double with the launch of Hylas 2. You can virtually take it as read that all will go well; Ariane is a proven vehicle and unlikely to fail (though possible) and hopefully the satellite deploys OK, but it's sales and resulting revenue that will drive the price forward. | johncsimpson
14/6/2012 22:36 | Blimey John your great granma has started something :-) | yorgi
14/6/2012 22:25 | Never castv a clod to May is out; refers to gardening and danger from frost, before Global Warming that is. | philo124
14/6/2012 21:32 | 2350220 Cast no clout 'til May is out Literally: Cast no clothes until May, (mayblossom, otherwise known as the Hawthorn tree),blooms. {nothing to do with the month of May, bloomed in April this year} Here endeth the lesson ! | buck581
14/6/2012 16:30 | Whatever and whoever we have edged up a tad on what is pretty grim day on the market in general. | yorgi
14/6/2012 16:24 | it might be the singapore gov or m&g caledonia or one of others adding if that was the case we would not no until 2-3 days later lets hope so.. | wilksey1
14/6/2012 16:11 | We hope so Buffaloman :-) | yorgi
14/6/2012 15:58 | funny how some people sell out so cheap couple of weeks they may have doubled there doe, probly euro nerves. | wilksey1
14/6/2012 15:46 | Agree R I have been watching these closely for the past 6 weeks or so & suddenly today something is happening. Not huge trade visible on L2 and if anything it still seems to be more selling than buying, however the price definately seems as though it is poised for a big move up. Yes it might be mms playing silly bs to get some trade going, but when they have done that in the past, they have marked it back down again after 30 mins at the most. Today however, they are being marked up and are staying up even on small sell orders. If we can break through 320p before the end of the day, then we are set to move back up to £4+ Happy days ahead! | buffaloman
14/6/2012 13:32 | Thanks John for posting your reply from Avanti. Interesting response considering what we know about VA207 being rescheduled. It would seem Ariane is still aiming to launch both VA207 & 208 before August, however its definately worth keeping an eye on the news, especially when SES-5 gets launched. I tend agree with colva, late July launch will be a good result. | gorvachof
14/6/2012 12:58 | LOL Colva :-) Yes that pretty much sums it up in my opinion :-) | yorgi
14/6/2012 12:55 | Zak over on the t1ps site does a daily write up of the state of play with the FTSE100 , he draws a few lines on a chart and uses some jargon but what he actually says is - if it rises it will go up , unless it falls , in which case it will go down .He's been doing it for years and he gets paid for it :-) | colva
14/6/2012 12:39 | Still in a sideways channel. We need some movement into the 320 to 325 area . . . . . . and then some consolidation (i.e. some volume) whether it's an hour, a day or two or three days | johncsimpson
14/6/2012 12:33 | I'm sure that is the case whatever a golden cross is Colva :-) More to do with the launch date getting closer in my view but we all know the chartist will find a chart, name for every movement :-) | yorgi
14/6/2012 12:28 | A nice move up but on very little volume, perhaps the MM are moving the price up in anticipation of the Golden Cross , what do you think Yorgi? - and try not to use any expletives. LOL | colva
14/6/2012 11:59 | Oooh err missus, looks a bit happier today. I might break into a smile, at this rate. Only another 250p to go, to B/E on my SIPP holding . . . John | 2350220
14/6/2012 11:35 | Maybe you great grandma was right John.......forget May then :-) | yorgi
14/6/2012 11:33 | What's that famous adage my great grandma used to say . . . Don't cast a clout till July is out? John | 2350220 |
