03/6/2015 11:27 | diesel... That's AIM mate...one big gravy train for the BOD, this is what happens without any corporate governance....a complete load of gits. Nothing is based on performance on AIM, oh unless its set so low that an idiot could achieve it. I'm looking for 40p, obviously this is affected by outside forces i.e. $ and price gold. | beeezzz
03/6/2015 11:15 | Not overly impressed with the awards since there is little challenge in keeping the share price over 30p but any benefit to directors and employees will also reward shareholders who aren't under water.Anyone done calculations for 2015-2016 income? :) | dgarvey
03/6/2015 11:07 | Dear BOD - pour some gold, sell it, make a profit, pay some dividends. Cheers! | hereford29
03/6/2015 10:41 | Have been in since 2010. Just didn't watch them till recently (and was sitting on a loss). However took advantage of the price movement recently to make a profit. Don't normally do it and monies isn't life changing, but it makes it a bit more fun. Good luck to all. However have to be aware that most small investors lose money (often me). Tend to stick to funds now which are boring but more stable. | oggyrocks
03/6/2015 09:24 | LOL - try "newbies". | effortless cool
03/6/2015 09:10 | Robrah, re your message above, no.6024, what does 'All these new bees?' mean or ask please? Am not familiar with the acronym 'bees' if that's what it is. | dogwalker
03/6/2015 08:40 | Decent buying on the bid. This could rise further this morning. From the charts - nothing to stop it till 35 and then 40 before a breather. | oggyrocks
03/6/2015 08:09 | Have been here since before split and hadn't really watched until recently again. Not normally one to average down or trade shares, but have done both on this one in the last 10 days to good success. Rather than moaning about pay and options (in london, city workers earn multi million bonuses for doing fa) use this opportunity to look at the positives and what might be achieved in the next few months. All this whinging - its like listening to the wife. | oggyrocks
03/6/2015 08:08 | You shouldn't expect directors to have the same privileges of us shareholders. After all, they missed out on getting IMIC loan notes and had to accept cash instead. | horneblower
03/6/2015 08:02 | Seems the way of things these days, salaries, bonuses, options, parachute payment, golden hellos and severance, all this and often regardless of the performance of the company. If measured by SP, then this company has performed badly, I doubt if many of us are in profit, with some buying at many times today's price. Unfortunately there is only one choice, either your in this game or not, but as shareholders, (company owners), our ability to prosper from the business is nothing compared to the bosses, often it amounts to be grateful you haven't lost money. | diesel
03/6/2015 07:51 | As one of the shareholders who was approached by the company to help fund the mine build, at 50p a share, I feel pretty angry at the pure greed of management here. They should have the decency to have the same strike price as those of us who risked our hard earned money for the last few years. | wiloughby2
03/6/2015 07:50 | May be an exercise price of 50 would show commitment and dedication | robrah
03/6/2015 07:40 | Other way of looking at it, is that it ties in top talent for the longer term. Options are at 30p so they are only worth something if price is above this. Therefore I see this as a positive sign. | oggyrocks
03/6/2015 07:23 | Yep roll up roll up get your free shares here. Total disgrace that's 10M incentive shares in the last few months. Do they not get paid a wage. Truly unbelievable how greedy they are and that they can get away with it. I hope they get bought out soon as long term I fear the management will end up stealing everything. Almost worse than Russians for stealing assets. | ukgeorge
03/6/2015 07:14 | I was wondering if yesterday's RNS was a precursor to more shares of some kind...placement? Stock options of around 1% isn't so bad. | larry335
03/6/2015 07:05 | there we go , pie gets small free shares again . exercise price of GBP 0.2925 per share. no so confident are they ? Aureus Mining Inc., ("Aureus" or the "Company"), the TSX and AIM listed West African Gold Producer, announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and employees of the Company following the first gold pour at New Liberty. The stock options were granted on 2 June 2015 over a total of 4,130,000 common shares, representing approximately 1.13% of the issued share capital of the Company at an exercise price of GBP 0.2925 per share, being equal to the closing price of the common shares on 2 June 2015 on AIM. The stock options can be exercised from 1 December 2015. The stock options issued are capable of being exercised up to 1 June 2020. | robrah
02/6/2015 21:23 | This time the rise is more measured, and based on steadily building volume and of course some outstandingly good (but long expected) news. As such this differs from the usual mad spike of speculation you get on many junior resource stocks based on rumour or on numpties clutching at straws for jam the day-after-tomorrow. Don't know about you, but this begins to feel like the real thing to me. I even bought my wife some yesterday, and I would not dare do that before I could show her that the gold had actually poured! Edit: I like the look of the late afternoon surge in volume too. Bodes well | shavian
02/6/2015 18:13 | Sorry to bore - last 3 times it hit 30p (on the way down), it twice bounced to 40p v quickly and once to 35p So - think this 30 p is a major breakthrough and could jump quickly now (before possibly pulling back a bit) What do people think ? | oggyrocks
02/6/2015 18:06 | Highest closing price for over 15 months. Bodes well for tomorrow and rest of week. Been rising for 6 months. No reason for this trend to not continue See the next point of resistance being 35 - after that its 40p but don't see it breaking this unless amazing news. ( and nothing due). From looking at charts - Could see this running up to 40p in next month or two. | oggyrocks
02/6/2015 16:34 | First close over 30p, boooom onwards and upwards. | ukgeorge
02/6/2015 15:17 | take your point, not quite .5 billion AIM / TSX Ticker AUE LN / CN Shares in Issue 366.6 Warrants 40.1 Options 18.7 Fully Diluted 425.4 | ukgeorge
02/6/2015 15:12 | GUK the denominator is nearly half a billion . Lots in warrents and options still waiting to clear | robrah
02/6/2015 13:55 | One quite simple way I like to look at gold producers is this. If they have 366,719,651 shares out and you own say 100k you own 1/3667 of the company. and if they produce 120 koz a year 32.7 of those oz are attributable to your share holding If the margin between all-in cost and gold price is $350. 32.7 x 350 is $11,500 or £7,500 | ukgeorge |
