We the shareholder have laid out the cash taken the risk and the Bod have been well paid for it . So the B'S about the difficulty of building a mine is bolox Thought coming from randgold .DR should have shown more quality . Better execution.

Well Monday is not end of June so yet again they would have missed the milestone deadline . It was set as s key milestone by management how can it not deserve a rns . It would give share holders some assurance that dispite multiple misses in deadline they are finally getting their act togather . But it is shame to miss even postponed deadline. Or leaving it litrally to the Last second . Amy way one can hope they will send rns at midnight Sunday

Well if it's happened they have to RNS it so Monday is the very last day to announce if they have kept to their timeline. Yes you are right that it's only the first step in commissioning the mine but DR gives it rather more importance than symbolic. After such a long wait it is a momentous occasion. I just wish they would give themselves targets they can stick to or beat.

They haven't said that they will be RNSing before the end of May. Simply that the first pour will occur. I am not overly concerned. The first pour is only symbolic anyway. It will be a couple of months before it is up adn running properly.

Well this is pretty poor management of investor expectations. I suppose Monday is the very last chance to meet the deadline. They need to do better than this.

While any failure to meet deadlines is not good, I'm not sure the market will worry too much, there is no doubt that the mine is on the brink of going into production so now is not the time to bail.

It might clear out any of those speculators who bought with rns hopes tomorrow.
