27/1/2012 14:08 | Digitalis, what number did your 'research' conclude was the excess of creditors over debtors as of today i.e. the current black hole? Do you think more or less than £5.7m? I hope you didnt buy big at 7p settlement 30 days and are now desperate to pass on your dead shares to another unfortunate... | silkstag
27/1/2012 12:38 | Mmm....interesting little company....my research is complete and order is in..... | digitalis
27/1/2012 12:08 | BP, I agree but the shares are worth 0p. Adventis' balance sheet is bust and the shares are submerged under creditors. The Directors' Dirty RNS didnt mention that. As of today it has about £5.7m net liabilities apart from the remaining material assets of the Technology division businesses. [The property business is worth little]. That £5.7m black hole is about £1.3m worse than 2010. The Dirty RNS didnt mention that either. The Tech division made only a £0.5m operating profit in 2011, which was down over £0.5m from the £1m in 2010. The Dirty RNS didnt mention that deterioration. What is a people business generating post-tax earnings of £0.4m worth in a distressed group? £2m max. How is that ever going to cover the £5.7m black hole? It isnt. And Adventis has £1.2m pa of central costs so the black hole is getting bigger every month. This is just stock market deceit. Anyone who buys shares as an investment, not just a gut-feel short-term wild punt trade, is a mug. Sorry. But AiM Regulation wont protect you, they always turn a blind eye to this kind of deceit. Caveat emptor. | silkstag
26/1/2012 12:43 | Linsader, I am being proved right here. The spike was a sucker spike, instigated by a misleading management statement, boasting £29m revenue, when revenue from continued ops is only £8m. Reality is now sinking in. The shares will be back to 1-2p shortly. | bubble pricker
26/1/2012 11:22 | dont buy!! there are companies in far healthier shape than this one for the same or even smaller market caps | wilco1000
26/1/2012 09:22 | yep trades are getting smaller, wise advice about buying in when the price is dropping, what level is it good to buy in at?? | 999rp
26/1/2012 07:53 | If s/he has any sense they would not have posted if s/he was buying. This is not a strongly traded share - until the last couple of days - It just sits there going down, generally very slowly, until we had that spike. If someone wants to make money on it they would not post keep an eye on the price and then go in big on any halfway decent news. That is what happened. Now those big beasts will be busy winding down their position and not want to scare the horses by posts on a bb. | darias
26/1/2012 06:51 | You buying some then QS9 ? | linslader
25/1/2012 21:41 | Unless they get the HO costs down, is this not still going to be a loss making business? baffled by rise I have to say, but there you go, it is on the way down now, let's see where it settles.... | qs9
25/1/2012 20:05 | LOl, 2 days since the spike and you offer those few words of wisdom, astounding. Not brave enough to have offered those words on the way up though, usual drivel. Filter island , life's too short. | linslader
25/1/2012 18:14 | Mugs suckered in. Spike over. The bandwagon jumpers will never learn. | bubble pricker
24/1/2012 15:13 | Let me suggest that there are many holders who have been holding stock for many years. It looked as if it was going bust but still kept trading. Then along comes a halfway decent trading statement (note half way) those stale holders see the share price jump and have averaged down. As there are only 47m shares out there any buying was certain to lead to a big rise. Others note the rise - was on the leader board 2 days running - and jump on board. Now the jumpers are taking profit on their stop losses and we can see the share end up falling quicker and quicker until ......... well where will it end who knows. I do know that on Friday and Monday there were 6 digit trades going through 250k, 100k etc. Today first thing when I looked trades got smaller and smaller. | darias
24/1/2012 13:49 | this share price rise is seriously baffling me - this is in no way an attempt at a de-ramp as i have never shorted a stock in my life but the balance sheet of the company is woeful. Even though the remaining businesses are profitable, significant profit jumps would be required just to cover the central management costs let alone start to service the debt. Maybe I'm missing something but I just dont get it | wilco1000
24/1/2012 12:50 | Linslader ... i have seen falia on other threads. Just another small sentenced ramper. 2.8p to 9.1p ? Did you do that then falia ? Nope andrbea ... never seen a rise bigger than this ? SAR went from 0.25p to 4.45p in 3 days last year. | ihavenoclue
24/1/2012 12:36 | maybe a whole new set of buyers (many have taken big profits) if we get an afternoon bounce? as many have pointed out the mkt cap is still quite low never seen a faster riser than this... | andrbea
24/1/2012 11:10 | so lets get this right SS, though I agree with your views, this was 0.05p about to go bust, but since they announced the news, its 8p. That's a huge profit .. if only I got in lol.. | tradermania
24/1/2012 10:57 | anyway cro is the next atg | falia
24/1/2012 10:20 | well got 9.1p not bad from 2.8p | falia
24/1/2012 09:59 | Doh , nothing gets passed him, and before you slate Falia , it's not the end of the day yet. | linslader
24/1/2012 09:58 | falia - 24 Jan'12 - 08:32 - 250 of 254 10P DAY END ==================== Nope ... on the way down now | ihavenoclue
